Hi everybody!!!!!!!!!

I have been struggling with infertility for 5 yrs.
I hope i do get pregnant one day, sometimes it feels like the whole world has kids but me. Me and my hubby have been married for 7yrs and sometimes its so lonely and quiet i dont know what to do. We have had 1 failed ivf and i am about to start my 2nd i am soooooooooooo scared i hope it works. my sister in law calls me says hey guess what i am so tierd of having kids i an going to get my tubes tied i felt so bad i am trying and dying to have a kid and she is sick of having a kid cant understand why me. I think it is oneof those days i think i am emtional today sorry.

That was a cruel and insensitive thing for your SIL to say, and I'm very sorry that she doesn't understand how to be supportive. I'm sure she deluded herself into believing that it was a helpful thing to say, indicating how much better off you are because you don't have children. People are stupid.

Try to hold on, honey. I know it's terrible some days. But other days it just is what it is. It's like a ferris wheel. And it will continue to be like that once you're a mom, because not every day will be the most fulfilling day of your life. So just hold on and wait for the upswing again. That's the only advice that anyone can give.

Thanks for making me feel better fertility is just one of those things that make us feel this way. By the way i dont have any insurance either we spent 14,000 on last ivf cuz we had to have ivf/icsi.
its soo hard ohh well nice chatting with you.

Rachel,
Infertility is a very emotional rollercoaster. No one ever expects to be in the situations we now find ourselves in and those that aren't going through it really can't begin to understand the torment we feel. My best friend is having her second. The day we talked to them about starting over and were so emotional and crying all over the place is when she told us she was pregnant with baby #2. We are starting over after my appointment this weekend and as of the last time we stopped we were told IVF with ICSI was our best bet too due to DH's problems. The procedure isn't cheap so we'll just keep our fingers crossed, we don't yet know how insurance is going to respond.

I'm so sorry. People that don't have IF just don't understand. I talk to my family all the eime and they just don't know what I'm going through. MY sil has five kids with three diferent fathers and got her tubes tied after the last one. She wants me to babysit and I just can't do it. It's too hard for me.
