[nearly giving up]

Hello evryone I would like to say what a wonderful site this is .
first of all my name is theresa and im married to jeff and wev been trying for a baby for 5 yrs ,5 yrs of no luck .
Iv just had dye put down my tubes and a camera through my belly and i have 1 blocked right tube and 1 clubbed left tube and to make matters worse my husband has no sperm count which is a bummer
now wer just waiting for him to have more tests and possible treatment and iv got to go back to hospital again soon,it all just seems to take a long time .
It just doesent seem fare that there are people out there that would make realy great parents but sadly dont seen to get that chance or if they do it has to be a struggle.
anyway im not going to give up becouse theres always that chance ,that bit of hope.
Its good to know that there are people out there that understand how i feel and that im not alone

Welcome Theresa, you've come to the right place. This is a forum for anyone going through Infertility whether you are just beginning or have been in it for years. It may seem like things are taking a while now but know that the best thing to do is have the full work up done, then you are better equipped with answers regarding your struggle and it will allow the doctor the best picture to look towards your options. I agree that it seems unfair, I've said the very same thing many times over but in the end I have no control over it, God does. So I just have to trust that He's in control. You are not alone in your battle and we will be here to help you in any way we can. Ask any questions you may have, vent when you need to, and hopefully we'll be celebrating with you very soon.

I will keep you updated on my challenge to have a baby its just got to the point now where im thinking would it be easyer to get on with life but then again that nagging feeling always comes back

I am in my 2ww and I have 4 days left. My breasts are shrinking and my cramps are changing I can feel it, I am going to start. I am not sure how long I can keep doing this. I have had 8 IUIs and 2 ivfs. My journey has been 6 years and I am tired of being crazy. I am tired of hearing about people abusing their chilren and I am tired of hearing people say- when its your time it will happen. Knowing you guys are out there making it gives me hope.

i just came across your post. i know it was last month but i was curious what your results were. my 2ww ends tomorrow. i feel all the symptoms of PMS. i know it is a neg and dont even feel like going to get my blood drawn. in your post i took it as you kind of felt the same. this is so frustrating.

!!! Oh sweetie, I know what your going thru. My tubes use to be blocked but my RE was able to open when up thru Lap. I failed my 1st IVF and now on my 4th IUI and no yet. I know in my heart that me being without a child isn't true. Stay POSTIVE and relax you'll be OK.
Just know when your down we are here for you.

Welcome to this forum. You will find wonderful people here who completely understand.
Even I wonder sometime why others who are so not ready to be parents yet get the chance to have a baby to easily, while people like us struggle for years. Its totally not fair. But I find solace in believing that God has a plan for everyone and our time will also come as per His plan.

Have you been to visit an RE yet? Has your husband been to a urologist yet? IVF is intense, but if you produce eggs (even if they aren't released) an your husband produces sperm (even if they aren't released) through aspiration of both egg and sperm, is not only possible to have a baby, it happens every day. Good luck and don't give up.
