Question Success after failed IVF?

I am looking for any success stories from people who have had failed IVF and went on the get pregnant anyway. My husband and I found out on Friday that our frozen embryo transfer was unsuccessful (it was our last 2), and we can't afford a fresh cycle now. And honestly, I really don't know if I would want to do another right now. Anyway, previously my husband's SA's were really poor, esp morph, but the last one we did before IVF had improved quite a bit. So, our RE suggested we try clomid, tamoxifen or femara while we save up. Anyone conceive naturally or with orals after failed IVF? Just trying to decide what to do next. Thanks for any responses!

Hello,

I have been reading the blog by Sandy Robertson who had several IUIs and IVFs without success, but then changed her diet, developed her personal protocol and had a baby girl. Altogether it took her six years.
