Your doctor can prescribe you "Diclectin", the pills have a pregnant lady on them. That's what I'm been taking for a while now. I think you can take them up to 4 times a day, I usually do 1 in the morning and 1 at night. They make you a little drowsy at first but you get used to it.
They have helped me, I must say, however I have still had some really bad days where even they didn't help. There may other things to help ease m/s, I've heard of people using sea sickness bands and things. Talk to your doctor Hugs, and congrats on the twins.
