Has anyone ever experienced implantation bleeding?

I am due to start on Wednesday, and I am NEVER early! Yesterday (saturday) I noticed pinkish-brown spotting. This morning there was much more (not heavy, but there was a gush when I first went to the bathroom this morning, and i has been light ever since), and it was bright reddish-pink (but there looks to be brown undertones...I never thought I would be the one to examine this stuff so closely). I have also been bloated. My boobs hurt like crazy and are a cup size bigger. I also had some painful cramping off and on last week.

Everywhere I read it says that implantation bleeding is never red, and it is very light/scant. However, when i read personal accounts they all vary. We have been ttc for almost 4 years. We have done iui 4 times. I am trying not to get my hopes up, but I also don't want to lose hope just yet. What I am experiencing doesn't meet these criteria exactly, but it is also abnormal for me. (Although I am beginning to believe that there is no such thing as normal).

Also, we started injectables this last time. Can that shorten your cycle length?

Just looking for personal experiences, because the only thing I can get from the internet searches is examples of what is "most common" or "typical", and I think everyone here would agree that there is no such thing as "typical" is the world of conception.

Just to make you feel better, I did bleed with my pregnancy, but it was soon after my positive beta, but it was bright red, and I now have a perfectly normal 5 year old. My MD at the time estimated that 50% of women bleed at some point during their pregnancy...so hang in there!

I am having the same thing right now, however mine is brownish. And I am actually excited about it this month because the same thing happened last month, about 11 DPIUI and it turns out is was implantation bleeding!!! But unfortunately we had a chemical pregnancy last month. I also was thinking I was starting early last month too because it was my first time taking follistim and thought that maybe it messed up my cycle and shortened it...and I have NEVER started my period early, ever! But nope, I got my actual period about a week after I spotted because of the implantation.

So I started spotting again today, 11 DPIUI, and I have my b/w at the docs tomorrow, I am really optimistic that it will be good news!! I hope your spotting, even though it is pinkish, will produce a !!! Good luck!!

I did have that. I think I conceived around 6/20-24 and first noticed Implantation bleeding around 7/3. It was bright red streaks in my cervical mucus. I only noticed it once and then got a BFP 3 days later. I had horrible gas and bloating too--in fact that didn't go away until about 16 weeks. Good Luck!!!!
