Question what is OHSS like?

I am kind of worried. I had AF on 8/5 and have been on BCPs to hold day 3 since 8/7. I haven't missed a single pill. My baseline is scheduled for 8/19. Today I started bleeding! Not much, and I wasn't really worried, but then about noon today, while I was out running errands, I started getting KILLER cramps. As in, I had to pull over because I couldn't drive. Not usual dull AF cramps, but these sharp pains that came in bursts. I could barely walk to get to the bathroom and check things out. I took 800mg of Ibufrofen that I had in my purse and waited for it to kick in. It worked, and I am ok now, but I am wondering if I should still go get checked out. I can't think of a reason why I could be bleeding or having cramps while I am on BCPs. I have been doing stim cycles for almost a year now and I wonder if my body is saying "No more!". If anyone has had OHSS before, please let me know if this sounds similar. You ladies are the best, and good luck to everyone!

I started to hyperstimulate. Eat lots of protein and light colored gatorade (or if you can stand the taste, pedialyte). It's uber painful and it is quite possible that you are experiencing it.

Did they drain them? They like to say no but I insisted last time because we kept on running into this problem!

Nope, they didn't drain, and I'm not too worried about it. I really wanted to take a month off anyway and I only have 2 more vials of swimmers...DH is not due back for another 3 months. RE pushed for me to come in because of THEIR schedule...would be easier to get an appt rather than taking a month off and then trying to get one. I felt like saying "told you so!!". I know my body, even if we tend not to agree with each other
