I just had on August 14th and it just ended yesterday(normal 5 day cycle), but I started having cramps on my right side but no more bleeding. It feels very different than anything I have felt before. The pain feels like when I was pregnant with my son 14 years ago, but I never had a period with this type of pain. I don't understand what's going on with me.

Has anyone ever felt this before or know what it could possibly be?

Maybe scheduling an appointment with your doctor maybe best. It could be a ruptured cyst. That's a total guess though. For piece of mind you should go in or at least give them a call and see what they say.

Michelle (Shelly O's), it's hard to call my doctor when I am here at work though, too many extra ears in my business. I do want to know what's up with me though. I hate not knowing if there is something seriously wrong or nothing at all and I worry myself.

Kell77, I don't think it's my appendix, it's more of a menstrual or ovulation cramping or something along that line type of pain.

Hi, I've had pain on my left side. It would hurt on and off and noticed it more when I sat down. It turned out to be an ovarian cyst. Some cysts do go away on their own but unfortunately mine were different. I had to have them surgically removed. I agree about calling the doctor. They can do a quick ultrasound to check for cysts. Good luck.
