Hey Chris! Everything is going well with us. We had a follow-up sono yesterday and the baby looks great! He weighs 13oz and is growing perfectly. So, we're really happy to hear that he's doing well. We don't have to go back to the high-risk OB again.
We have cleared out the nursery, but it hasn't gotten any farther than that yet. We are in the midst of ordering furniture. We are planning on painting maybe the weekend after Thanksgiving. What color are you painting your nursery? I guess we're doing the typical boys room, blue. There are only a few colors that would match with the bedding we've picked out and I think blue would match the best. We're going to do a really pale sky blue. Ethan is kicking like crazy (he's even kicking now!) and it's so much fun. I am in love with my belly! DS has gotten to feel the baby kick every day and his eyes get all big.

We are actually doing two different colors. The room we are using has a window on the wall opposite the door. So that wall and the wall with the door are going to be white. The wall that we are going to put the boy's crib against will be a light blue that matches the bedding. The wall that we are going to put the girl's crib against will be a light purple that the matches her bedding. The two colors complement each other, so hopefully it will look good.
Mine are kicking like crazy too! DH was finally able to feel it for the first time this morning before we went to work. It's good to hear things are going well for you!

Me and the twins are doing ok. I've been having a lot of BH contractions so my doc wants me to take it easy. Luckily no other signs of preterm labor, guess I just have two active boys.
In two weeks, I'll have my one hour GTT test. Not looking forward to that!

Your nurseries sound like they are going to come out really nice. This poor baby will be stuck with the boys decor no matter what the gender turns out to be. It is pale blue with a winnie the pooh theme, so I guess that would be ok for a girl. We have to move the Brittany into Rosey's room & the boys into Brittany's room so we will have to repaint/decorate/furnish those 2 rooms so the nursery will have to remain as is.
Irena I hope that your BH contractions lessen and you are able to be more comfortable. Hugs Kimmy

I think the blue Winnie the Pooh will be great for a boy or girl. Much better than some of the boy's themes! My nursery is just going to be a hodge-podge of blues and greens. My BH contractions are still pretty often but luckily they're not too painful. They seem to happen most often in the late evening.

Glad that they are not too bad, I had a lot of BH contractions with the boys. I'm sure that you have already heard this but if you drink a lot of water and lay down on your left side for a while it sometimes helps. Also I found that sometimes when the boys were really moving around a lot it would trigger them, and there is nothing you can do about that - you just have a lot going on in there. I noticed you are 24wks today YEAH!! that is a big milestone!
Hugs Kimmy
