Question fertilaid Question

Quick question...We are ordering DH some fertilaid. He currently takes GNC Mega Men Sport as well as 500mg of L-carnitine. Anyway, the directions on the fertilaid say to take 3 pills through out the day. Do you think it would matter if he took 2 in the morning and then 1 before bed? I know he i will not remember to take 1 in the afternoon. He took it before and it actually lowered his blood pressure but he only took it for a month.. But please let me know what you think about him taking 2 in the morning and 1 at night. Thanks ladies!

If you're not going to take 3 pills at separate times, I would only take one in the AM and one in the PM then. Your body will only absorb what it needs at the time. So if you take too much of the vitamin, it will just come out in your urine b/c your body couldn't use it at the time.

Alot of times vitamin companies will tell you to use more than is needed b/c you'll go through the bottle quicker. Then you'll have to buy more sooner, which means spending more money that goes into their pocket.

I wouldn't take 2 at a time because he may get too high of a dose of some vitamins then he should have at one time. My DH is on it and he only takes it twice a day. He has only been taking it for a month so I'm not sure on any results. Good luck!
