I just finish my sperm test in last month, my family doctor did not send the result to me, I go to check with Urologist today, he told me look like normal, but I rechecked the report find out there is not sperm count result, but a starge ting said specimen was concentrated, Can anyone help me explain does this mean I need go to use IVF or tube baby or consider get other person's sperm?

Theres a number after where it says specimen was concentrated. Its about 2100 which if Im reading it right is very low. Nornal count is 20-50 million sperm per ml. You had 5+ ml so normal total sperm would be 100 million. There are lots of reasons you can have a low count, the urologist will better explain these. My Dh's counts went up significantly in a short amount of time. If you wear whitie tighties switch to boxers now. Good luck!!

the count can change from week to week, month to month, if something seems strange then go back for another test.
