Please, need some help

So my husband and I have been TTC for over a year. We both got checked up, and everything is perfect, except I have Lyden Factor V, which the DR said wouldn't be a problem. I am 34, my husband is 36.

We tried the turkey baster method, and no dice. We tried 1 round of IVF, I had great results, produced 12 eggs, went to day 5, implanted 2 and nothing.

Then we waited a month for my body to get back to normal. We decided we would try IVF again in 2010, and in the meantime we would try again naturally.

We purchased the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor, that uses the test strips and tells you when you ovulate as well as a few days before.

We used the machine for 3 months, religiously, and never did it move off of LOW probability. We used pee sticks, 2 different times of the day, not a single positive result. During this time, I got my period, lasted 7 days, then on day 6 of my next cycle, I got another period (this has never happened to me before). I waited for this 2nd period to end and everything seemed to be normal (I have 30 day cycles).

Still using the two fertility monitors, never a single surge to speak of. I went in for a blood test two months ago, Dr said, I definately ovulated. Not sure why neither test worked.

I am now on day 35 of this cycle and figured well maybe I am pregnant, since I am technically 5 days late. Pregnancy tests are coming back negative, and the blood test to see if I ovulated stated I did not ovulate. The Dr says it might be stress, my husband thinks it might be the accupuncture or natural herbs (my progesterone is literally at 0 so my herbalist is trying to increase it).

We are pretty much at our wits end. We can't seem to catch a break to try naturally, and now I have no clue when to even start trying again since I apparently didn't ovulate and have no idea when day 1 will be, if ever again. UGH!

i am sorry i know how frustrating that can be...i have tried every opk under the sun(it seems lol) and same thing happens always at low or nothing on the sticks...i don't know what to say to help especially if your re says you are ovulating...the only suggestion i can give you for trying on your own is if your cycles are regualr(ok normally regular) bd every other day for the two weeks following the end of af..if your cycles are long then make it 3 weeks lol...sorry not much help but with the predictors not predicting for you that is the only surefire way without having your re monitor you via u/s(which is what we wound up having to do) and it shows i don't ovulate without stims...good luck to you ...maybe someone else will have some input

kellybelly - do you drink a lot of water? I drink A LOT of water. I have never had the same exact issue as you, but I did completely miss one surge. Another time, when I was going OPK crazy because I had missed my surge the previous month, I got a positive, then a negative, then another positive all in one day using the happy face clear blue easy OPK kit.
That is all I can think of. I know you say your doctor confirmed ovulation, but did you mention this issue to him? What did he say?
