I ended up purchasing my DH FertilAid for Men due he was already taking lots of the stuff that FertilAid for Men has in it but the less pills. I couldn't tell you how many pills he was taking a day but a lot sheww. SHAME ON ME for doing that to him.

Now the FertilAid for Men didn't have 1000 mg fishoil with Co-Enzyme Q-10 30 Mg or Acetyl L-Carnitine in it so he going to be taking the fishoil w/ Co-Enzyme Q-10 30 Mg two times a day along with Acetyl L-Carnitine 500mg one time a day.

I will say that the fishoil had helped my DH volume. At first it was only like 1.0 now it went up to 2.0 since he started taking fishoil. Which is a plus.. Also did change our diet to a healthier diet an we both drinking more water.

Here is all he was taking.
Maca 2x a day
Vitamin C-1000 with Rose Hips 2x a day
Multivitamin for men 3x a day. Has all types of vitamins and herbs in it. DH was only taking 2x a day but RE said took more.
1000 mg fishoil with Co-Enzyme Q-10 30 Mg 1x a day.
Just added the below Friday to list for him to take now.
Acetyl L-Carnitine 4x a day.

I shorten his list of stuff to take. He is so glad but he really didn't care to take it to help improve stuff.

Ok my question is has anyone DH taking this to help the sperm parameters get even better.

He's going to a specialist to see if he has varicoceles to see if that is what is causing his sperm to decreased motility at times. If so maybe they can help him with that. So right now can't do no treatments until after he goes to specialist 30th.

I have a friend whos DH took it and she swears it helped him as the doc had told them they would not be able to conceive based on his sperm count. They have 2 beautiful little boys!! Good Luck! Does DH have mobility issues?? My DH had slow mobility/motility and low count. He started taking multivitamins and his number tripled by the next analysis. We used PreSeed to help with the motility/mobility issues and conceived.
