Success stories after luteal phase defect?
I am looking for some positive stories of people who had a true luteal phase defect and then went on to have a successful pregnancy. I have had 2 miscarriages in the past 4 months and my RE thinks it was due to a LPD. I had the classic LPD symptoms and with the early losses, he feel sure that is the problem. I have already tried clomid and progesterone for the first pregnancy which still ended badly. The second pregnancy was a surprise on an untreated cycle. I just want to know what worked for other people and how successful the treatment has been.

Well I don't have my success story yet, but I am in the same boat as you. Were you on the pill at all prior to trying? My DH and I need to stop for about 7 months since we need to travel
 I was wondering if me getting on the pill can fix this LPD? I have read other success stories. All things take time and I think that's the hardest part. I am sorry about your loses!

Me-25 (LPD, & low prog) DH- 30 (low morph) DD- 6 complete surprise born vag at 39 weeks DS-3 tried for 3 months also born vag at 39 weeks Been trying for #3 for about a year and a half Aug first month with clomid 50 mg days 3-7 and had no LH surge went in for blood work and they said I did ovulate!  Sept again clomid 50mg days 3-7 CD 12 u/s two follies (20 & 19) Lining 7.9 HCG shot CD 14 IUI 30 mil post wash CD 17 started prog. suppositories 3x a day CD29 B/W beta neg  Oct 3 AF came Oct 5-7 50 mg clomid(3-7) Oct 14 U/S One follie (20) and lining 5.1
