I am suppose to start a progesterone suppository tomorrow (sunday). However, the pharmacy closed before I had a chance to get there and wont reopen until Monday at 8am. (there are no other pharmacies in this town who carry them). How detrimental will 24 hours be?

I hate to sound so naive, but I have no idea what RE means. My husband and I are very new to this. It's teh weekend, I called the clinic we are working with who said that my Dr is out of town this weekend and I'd have to wait until monday to talk to him or his nurse. We are so new to this. I called one of my friends who was a fertility nurse and she said I'd have to get the suppositories from the pharmacy...and she said that the magnatitude of missing 2 doses in 24 hours would be dependent on why I am taking them. And I was never told why I am taking them. I was just told to take them starting sunday.

have you had an iui done or timed intercourse...depending on when they think you o'd and when they want you to start the progesterone it may not be a terrible thing to only be a day late taking it...i wish you luck
