I just took my trigger shot Thursday, bedded that night, then did IUI Saturday.

When do you think I should start testing?

They say to test 2 weeks after the IUI. Testing prior to that can show a false positive that could be caused by the trigger shot hormones.

Yep - 14 days after the trigger shot. The fantastic 2 week wait. Some REs have you take another trigger a week or so after the first. If yours does, then you have to wait 2 weeks after that second shot. For some people, the trigger shot is out of their bodies by about 12 days, but the docs usually say 14 days to avoid a false positive. It's the longest 2 weeks ever, so start distracting yourself.
