I'm not sure where to post this question so thought try here first.

My DH is going to a specialist next week to be check out to see why his sperm motilty is low. Of what the RE said he has plenty of sperm and the Morphology is normal shaped but they aren't moving like should be so he wanted my DH to go to a specialist to see what is going on.

My question is will they do another SA on him or what?

If so we know how many days not to BD so he can have it done.

I think when my Dh was having his they wanted him to not have sex for at least 48 hours before but not abstain for more than 5 days before his test. So less than 5 days but more than 48 hours.

There is a good chance he will have another SA done. Best of luck to you both... my husband had the same problem and they found that he had a varicocele.

They may do another SA, but I wouldn't think it would be at that appointment unless they've told him that it would be. They'll probably just meet and evaluate and come up with a plan, which may include a SA at a later date.
