Is no HCG in blood 7 days after FET of two 5 day blasts normal?

I had a FET of two 5-day blasts on 2/14/12. My progesterone was low the day of transfer so they increased my progesterone and had me come back in 3 days later (on 2/17/12) for a blood test to check my levels and everything looked good. No HCG levels indicated but they said it was too early.

I went back in on 2/21/12 for a blood test, 7 days after the transfer, and they said everything looked good. I asked if there were any HCG traces and she said no and that was normal. However, this was a new girl I spoke to and I don't necessarily trust her "that is normal". When I spoke to a nurse last Friday she thought we would see something in my 2/21 blood test. The lab tech that took my blood thought we would see something.

Do you think there still might be a chance of pregnancy? I am going back in on Friday for another blood test but I am driving myself crazy. I have already had two fresh cycles and this is my second frozen cycle. I have one frozen blast left (if it survives the thaw) and then we will have reached the end of the road.

From everything I've heard it can be normal. I have heard FETs take a bit long to implant sometimes and the HCG starts off slower. Hopefully that is the reason for you. Goodluck!

Thank you! I am trying to stay positive but there is such a fine line between staying positive and being hopeful. The down side of being hopeful is just so hard.
