Ok now im even more ticked off, depressed and confused. The gyn i went to today said that i dont have PID and that it was a combination of a ruptured cyst and the endo??????? She said that I should go back to the fertility dr and keep trying to get pregnant.

just diagnosed with a pelvic infection

I've had severe lower back pain for 10 days (while on IVF treatment 1) and I thought it was just lower back pain, but once I got fever and chills and severe abdominal pain, I decided to go see my doctor who diagnosed me with a pelvic infection. I am on anti-inflammatories + antibiotics and need to go back to dr. in 2 days.

I am so worried about all this.

I had cancelled my treatment because I thought that the back pain was coming from a previous back issue I had. I even was thinking of starting physiotherapy. Now I'm thinking that the pain is from the treatment and an infection I got from the egg retrieval a few days ago.

Can anybody help on this topic? Infections following egg retrieval I thought were not very common. WHAT'S HAPPENING?
