Heart How long should you lay down after BD

My nurses tell me to lay down at least 45 minutes, but I have heard it is better to lay down eve longer to increase the chances of conception. I put a pillow under my bottom and try to relax. Any advice?

My RE told me that 20 minutes was more than enough, so I always kept my tush elevated for about 20-30 minutes. Good luck!!

I've never been specifically told anything, but I've always read 20-30 minutes with your hips elevated just a little. I usually lie flat with a pillow under my bum for about 20 minutes but then I generally go to sleep so I'm really lying down for roughly 8 hours.
