Bleeding during cycle?
I'm so confused.
 I took Femara cd3-7. I went for an u/s yesterday and they saw 1 small follie on the rt. and a bunch of tiny ones on the left. She pointed out my lining and said it was thickening up. I got the call to start 150iu Bravelle last night. (which I did) After I got home I started bleeding. Not the normal post u/s spotting, but full period like bleeding... It's still happening right now ~ almost 24 hrs. later! I'm going to call my Dr. as soon as the phones open, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this? Thanks for any input!

This is happening to me again this cylce... I am going in fot the IUI & an u/s this morning to see whats going on. I will keep you posted!

Sarah ~ Good luck on your IUI today!!
 Sending you baby dust!Definitely keep me posted about what your dr. says about the bleeding. I talked to the nurse at my RE's yesterday afternoon. She said that it's OK, it's because my E2 is low and the bleeding will stop as soon as the meds. take over and raise the levels. I just hope it's soon cause I'd like to have a nice lining for my eggie(s) to settle into! I had more bloodwork this morning so I'll listen to the tape in a while and see what they want me to do...

Bleeding is from low estrogen. I doubled up on my patches & am still having some gross brown-ish stuff going on. My lining was a 9 before all this hoopla... I SO wish they did another u/s b4 the iui yesterday so I had a better idea of ehat was going on. I need to learn to speak up!  Let me know how your bloodworks goes!

Hi Sarah!
I listened to "the tape" yesterday and my E2 must still be a bit low... (I don't get the actual # since I don't talk to a live person.) I'm doing more Bravelle ~ (150iu) every night until Saturday when they do more bw and another u/s. I hope I'm ready to trigger cause I'm getting really anxious! The good news is that the bleeding has subsided to spotting ~ It's like I just had a period!!

wow! Super confused about the "tape" thing... but listening to a tape is about the same as meeting the doc in my opinion. Mine is in & out (of the room and my under-area) like my high school boyfriend! hahaha

I started bleeding May 12, 7 days after my trigger shot (May 5), and am still bleeding, even though I'm on the pill. It's been about 7 weeks, now I only bleed during the day.. but still. I hope it works out for you ladies and you get your
 this month.

For example, take 150iu tonight, tomorrow night, and return for b/w u/s on the next day. There's always a nurse on-call if I have any questions. All of these different protocols drive me crazy! My RE only took blood when I started my first cycle.
Alexis, Are you "bleeding bleeding" --- enough to fill a tampon/pad??? Did they tell you why you might be bleeding so much??? The hormones, the blood, the doc appointments, the shots, the vagina searches, the money --- the craziness!!! I used to think my husband was a bit of an ***. Now I think he's a frikin' saint for putting up with me!

I was filling a super-plus tampon every hour until 2 weeks ago. Its not as heavy now, but I have killer crapms for about an hour a day. The doc said that sometimes the fertility meds can make the uterine lining unstable, and cause the lining to shed. In my case it didn't stop shedding. I think she was a bit over her head, and thats why she finally let me go to the RE.

My RE told me my meds kind of stripped me of my hormones & my body was lacking estrogen which would cause me to lose my lining. Finally, tripling up my patched made it stop (and gave me TONS of pimples).
I slowly took my patches off & have been patch-free for 3 days now with no bleeding. I wish you TONS of luck with your RE!!! It is a super exciting time and I hope you get knocked up right away! xoxo
