Golden Rule United Health Care
Does anyone know if Golden Rule United Health Care insurance cover infertility testing? Their my insurance provider.

You will need to call them directly and ask what your coverage is. All insurance plans are determined by the type of covereage your/DH's employer wants to pay for. So, if I had the same company as you...I more than likely would have different coverage (it's all different). Good Luck!
