Hi -

I work for a small company that currently has United Health Care of IL as the group plan. We are too small a company to fall under the IL fertility mandate.

The owner of my company is looking into adding a fertility rider (current policy does not cover any infertility treatments) onto our coverage - the only catch is that I'll be having to pay for it to be added.

I'm wondering if anyone else has been in this situation - most importantly how much did it cost??
