Question - Warning, TMI
Hi all,
Since starting treatments (8 months ago) and having my lap my body is all of the place. Since my lap and removal of endo AF has been shorter (by half the days) and lighter which is fabulous. I unfortunately tested BFN yesterday and AF came on in the a.m.. I apologize if this is TMI but I haven't really started my flow, I've just had very dark blood and not much of it, this should be day 2. Has anyone had this happen after treatments? This is very abnormal for me. Of course I"ll ask the RE when I go see him but was just curious in the meantime. Thanks, Ally

Could it be that you HPT just did not pick up enough hormone to result in a positive. I would test again, using first morning sample.

Me 34 - PCOS DH 39 - Ct(110 ml), but still mot and morp issues  TTC 4 years 2 year wait to see RE than RE takes 5 months off! 10/07-6/08- 6 rounds Clomid all = BFN RE May 08 = waiting for DH appt. at clinic to see if his sperm will survive the wash and respond properly to “fallopian tube environment” – July 08 Passed! 5/08 Testing for Lymphoma- Negative!!! I just have Sarcoidosis. 6/08 Can’t get follow up appointment with RE until September--Am considering moving to the third world, than will not be surprised at inadequate health care. 8/08 Hysteroscopy and Lap removed polyp from uterus and adhesions to ovary and fallopian tubes, adhesions not previously diagnosed. 1st IUI 9/08-BFN 2nd IUI 10/08BFN On to IVF 3 dogs & 3 cats

No, unfortunately no.... I tested at the RE's office and it's a definite BFN. I actually went for a run and by the time I got home things had started. Strange things your body does while hopped up on all these hormones.

I've done 3 cycles on Clomid and Metformin and have had the same symptoms as you. AF is light and short. On cycle two it was only 1 day. I took this month off so I'll see if AF is normal since I'm not on any meds.

2001 Lap turns into loss of left ovary Diagnosed with stage 4 Endometriosis 2002 2nd Lap to clean Endo on remaining ovary 2003 Lupron to control Endo 2004  , we concieved on our own!!! Christmas Day 2004 BABY GIRL!  Nov 2005 started Lupron after 4 months of TTC May 2006 began TTC after Lupron 8 months of Jan 2007 started clomid to prepare for 1st IUI Feb 2007 - June 2007 too many cysts on ovary to continue  Dec 2007 new doctor - began IUI's with clomid and ovidrel injection 1st IUI - 2nd IUI - 3rd IUI - June 2008 began IUI with injectibles 4th IUI (1st IUI w/ injectibles) - July 2008 - took a break this month, re suggests IVF, we aren't intersted, re suggests another IUI w/ injectibles for August 2008 August 2008 - huge cyst found, taking bc pills to reduce, try again in September :grrr September 2008 - cysts reduced, two mature follicles 5th IUI - 9/7/08

Thanks for your replies! I was actually on Lupron for the first time last cycle. Thank goodness I"m not on it this cycle, I was an absolute emotional mess!
