sex during 2ww after iui
Does anyone know what the word is on having intercourse during the 2ww after iui? I think you have to wait with ivf but not too sure about iui?

Me- 37 all is good Frank- 40 Vasectomy reversal 2006 low count <10mil TTC naturally ~2yrs after reversal-no  Feb 19 & 20 2008 #1 IUI (b2b) on clomid Thought we had  but  at 7weeks. low HCG's=M/CJune 29 & 30 2008 #2 IUI (b2b) Gonal-F 300 injectibles....  July 12 &  July 15- Start BCP for Aug IVF #1 (and only. )July 30- Lupron 10u Aug 9 - Gonal 225 & Menopur 75 (am/pm) dexamethasone 1mg daily Aug 19 & 20-- Converted to IUI Only 3 follies

I've actually wondered the same thing. I've heard some say that you should have sex until 5dpo (if you chart, FF can move your crosshairs around) just to cover all bases. But then again some say that sex or orgasm can disturb implantation. I don't know

Hi ladies!
i asked my dr at my first iui appt - she said that sex was fine as soon as that afternoon if you were feeling up to it and there is no limitation on it during the 2ww. So go forth and BD!! LOL! Some say they do it within the first few days after iui to add a few more numbers up there. Also in case they ovulate a little late. Here's to our 's this month ladies, are you with me????

RE gives us instructions to BD the same dat after IUI, rest a day and then do it the next day and day after.
