I am sorry to hear about the AF arriving, I am with you on it at least arriving early for you to enjoy your vacation.

I plan to get back in the gym and I have about 30 pounds to lose as well. I gained 20 pounds over this whole IF thing. My husband and I are thinking about a new plan of attack after 2 years of this and having this month off of the meds. We haven't come to any conclusions yet, but I definitely miss myself which has become blurred with all of the meds and medical interventions. Even if I continue with the meds, the plan is to have new orientation to all of it and to take care of myself and our relationship more.

Anyway, I really hoped it would be our month. But maybe there are other things meant for us right now!

It was great being your cycle buddy! It really helped me get through it with a lot more sanity.
