You have great sperm count so that is awesome!
Maybe give it a shot....drs only know so much and god does the rest! Natural to is a good idea! Never give up!

Went to RE for ultrasound today and I have a huge follie that is 60mm and the doc thinks it is a cyst. Anyone else had this happen? I am so frustrated with this all!! I do have two other decent follies 18mm, 20mm on the right side, but I am not sure what the whopper on the same side does to the other little follies. Dr said if I get AF this month we will have to do another US to see if it was a cyst. Dr said that the IUI this month wouldn't be helpful.

One month I think I had a cyst. It was really painful to have sex...I called the OBGYN and she said she thought it was an ovulation cyst. It happen the cycle following my HSG test...I feel like all this testing causes delays!
Your sounds huge....I never knew they could get so big.

Thanks Ann. I will still let everyone know what my status is even though we aren't doing an IUI this month. And again, I am so happy I found this board. Everyone on here has been so positive despite all we have been through.

Only CD16 for me....All this waiting...I can't help to think what's going on in there? How about you all?

I wish you the best of luck and for you this month i 'll be for a . As for me DR. wants me to do IUI or try on our own but I am very scared to loose another due to thin lining. I will wait until sept cycle and do femara since I want to loose the weight that I put on with clomid (i hate that side effect 8lbs in 2 cycles) I had lost 40 lbs before first pregnancy. and I truly believe that helped to get . Thanks for your positive thoughs. for you.

Hello Ladies!
This is my very first time to this site. I am so happy I found other women like me experiencing the same ordeal.
DH and I have been TTC for 2 years now.
Had HSG test 2 weeks ago, tubes are all clear.
Just discovered that the fibroid on my uterus is probably decreasing my chances severely each month.
First IUI this week, just waiting for the ovulation test to be +. I have not been given fertility drugs of any kind yet. Anyone else having an IUI this week? Let's discuss!
I am thinking only positive thoughts about the IUI.

Yesterday the doc decided to do 2 b2b IUI. So I was glad after having read a little about it.
On evening of 29th thats CD 18 i went infor my u/s after the trigger shots she found the follie were not out yet, we were a little early but we did an IUI anyway so that the little spermy would be waiting. I did ovulate late last night so the timing was perfect. the second round was this morning.

From tomoro I am on tabs and shots every 3 days. This is all a little weird for me since I ovulate on CD19th and not the normal CD14.

So I am officially in the dreaded 2ww again

Just checking in...sorry to those that whose cycle didn't go as planned....if this cycle doesn't work for us I'm taking a little break before moving onto IVF...and that terrifies me!

Good luck to everyone who will be IUI'ing (new word?) soon and for those in the 2ww - make it stop! Its about 10 days too long!

I'm thinking IVF may be my next step...I may look into getting insurance for it...it will cost me around $500 a month but may be worth it. Still hoping for a this cycle!

Hi Ladies,

i am on cycle day 10 ; injects puregon 75, i had my first us today and there were 2 good follies 17, 15. I have to return for blood work on Saturday, My E2 today was 374. LH-1, does this sound right. this is our first iui cycle. Any input would help.
