I'm in for a fresh cycle too!! Dr. has me trying 200mg of Clomid this month. Forgive me for being dumb, but you said you were going to try Royal Jelly. Can you elaborate?

Hi ladies!! I think I'm right on cycle with you..I actually thought this was the other thread we were on for last cycle when I first opened it...then I said, where did all the posts go? LOL!

Glad to join you lovely ladies! How is everyone doing? I started my first night of Gonal F tonight....my mom is coming up for a visit from Fla tomorrow night - going to clue her in on all this IF stuff since she will be here when I'm sticking myself! I was hoping to have that BFP this past weekend so I didn't have to go into all the details but such is life!

What are you guys all up to?? Ann, I'd read that post about the royal jelly and had sent it to my sis too....then I did a search on google and came across a website that said it wasn't true. I really am clueless now but many women seem to swear by it. What are your thoughts? I've got the DH on almonds, so I figure maybe I should try it?

My acupuncturist told me to take it ...I really don't even understand what it does but Iam trusting and taking it.
I was a slacker on taking until I read this thread by Teagan873 :

She said her numbers improved the first time in 3 years after taking the royal jelly. So this is why I will try it! She is as well.. check her out and her story..really motivating to me and us.

I wanted to thank you for all the support these last few weeks. We are moving on to IVF for the next cycle. I started BCP today and we are expecting to doing ER/ET the third week of Aug.
Good luck to all of you. I am hoping for for us all by the end of summer. I will be peeking in to see everyones progress.

Finished my first round of Clomid CD 3-7 and I start my OPK's today. I should be in the next week. This will be my first IUI. I am so anxious!! I am certainly NOT looking forward to that TWW!

Hi ladeebugg - Good luck with the IVF! If this IUI cycle doesn't work for us we'll be joining you as well. Not sure about you, but I'm very nervous about IVF - mostly because I don't know much about it yet. I've been so busy researching IUI's! I wish you the best of luck - and keep us posted! Here's to your success!

I start my clomid tomorrow...not looking forward to mood changes..but what can you do.
My next Us will be next Thursday. Last round of blood test came back fine and day 3 looked good.
I really hope this cycle works for us!
Dr said one more and next step would be IVF as well.

Hi ladies, I got a call from my RE today (after being on vac) He said my endo was very thin on last cycle at 5.7, so want me to do this cycle with clomid/IUI, and if doesn't work then will move to gonal f injections/IUI, I am concern of doing this cycle with IUI since the RE didn't sounded to optimistic. I was telling my DH to do the cycle and at the time of u/s for ovulation if the endo is thin again not to do IUI and move to injectables next cycle, has any one being in the same situation? What should I do? My budget is thight and I heard that injectables are very expensive. Can someone tells me how expensive we are talking about? Thanks in advance.

Sorry to butt in ladies, but wanted to respond...
I had a very similar situation. I had a 4mm endo lining on cd12 with Clomid. My follies responded great, but endo and CM suffered dramatically.
I switched to injectibles and have BFP with twins (m/c @ 8 wks), BFN, BFP-Chemical, and in the 2WW of #4...
I don't typically give advice, but if it were me, I would personally skip Clomid altogether, as the endo and CM issues are common side effects of Clomid.
From your signature, your dh has great counts, so I think if you push a few good cycles to get 3 to 4 mature follies, trigger with hCG and a single IUI 24 to 36 hours post trigger it will be worth the expense in the long run.
That's where I would invest...
These are all personal opinions, and based on IUI success stats, so though it might initially appear more expensive, if you have to do fewer cycles, it might be more cost effective in the long run.
