Good chances of success?

Hi everyone! I thought I could get some feedback about me cycle

Background: DH and I are 25yrs old, he has retrograde ejaculation and takes Sudafed for it to be antegrade, and his sperm count is usually 340mill. I have controlled hypothyroidism and PCOS.

Took 50mg Clomid, & had two 19.5 follies on Tues, one on each ovary.

Tue night: Got almost positive OPK and had normal intercourse
Late Tue night: Triggered very late
Wed, noon: Had first IUI, 4 million count
Thur, around 4 am: Ovulated right egg (felt it, plus O pain went away on that side)
Thur morning, 1hr before 2nd IUI: Ovulated left egg.
Thur morning (10:30): Had second IUI, 14 million count

What do you think? These were my first IUIs, and although I know the count is best if it is higher, they said I had a good shot. It is tricky to time them and intercourse with my DH's ejaculation problem. And it was lower b/c sometimes the meds are more effective for him, and also he did not abstain.

I don't think you're going to find a magic answer but it sounds like everything is good!
Unfortunately there are no guarantees, not to scare you but I've unfortunately had 7 cycles that are perfect on paper but didn't take. On the other hand I've had friends who have had crappy, unresponsive cycles that they were going to cancel and those are the ones that took.
So, you do what you can, take good care of your self and most importantly keep a positive attitude!
Hope things work out for you this month (and if not this month, there is next month.........)
Good luck to you!

Thanks! I am trying to decide if I should have some hope or none at all. I was so upset my first failed clomid cycle, I am pretty cautious now.

I always like to be cautiously optimistic!

I second Ally... Be optomistic, but not so much so that you crash hard if you don't get the result we're working towards!

Good Luck- I've seen lots women get their BFP's with low numbers!
