 !!!!! Went for the b/w this morning, and the beta came back at 34. I'm still in shock

Me: 31, unexplained infertility DH: 33, perfect Married since 2005, TTC since 2007 IUI #1 & 2 on Clomid:  IUI #3, on follistim & Metformin:  chemical pgTook a month off from IF treatments, and went on vacation with DH (but still took Metformin daily) Aug. 12: POAS,  Aug. 13: Beta #1, 945!Aug. 15: Beta #2, 2,444 Aug. 17: Beta #3, 5,690 Aug. 19: Beta #4, 12,290 Aug. 24: One sac, one yolk; measuring at 5w4d Sept. 1: Kernel measures at 7w1d, 145 bpm Sept. 10: Kernel measures at 8w4d, 183 bpm

MrsSmashy- Yea! Congratulations! That is what we need to see on here some more
's! That gives the rest of us hope that this stuff does work and maybe some day we will get to post our good news too! I am so happy that I joined this group. I don't know how I would have felt going through this month alone. It's nice to be able to connect with people that are going through the same things.

We've kept on testing, since the wife's beta numbers were on the low end of normal. The test shows positive still, but it is still a little faint. Shouldn't it be getting darker? However, her bbs are extremely sore, she's feeling really exhuasted and having to take naps, etc, and AF has not came yet.
What are your thoughts?

Today is 14 dpiui - so I finally got to test this morning and I wanted to chime in with our results.
(Hubby is still sleeping and completely unaware that he became a daddy on Father's Day!) We're pregnant!!!

TKahn - Yay!!! I'm so happy for you!
You had a lot of the same symptoms as me so I'm praying your BFP is a good sign for me too. TSYORK - I know I would be a basketcase in your situation, but it's still really early and depending on the sensitivity of the HPT, her hcg levels may still be low enough to only show a faint positive. I am praying that the blood test tomorrow gives you more peace of mind. for you!!AFM, bbs seem to be getting sorer and heavier, which is unusual for me...usually they aren't sore anymore at 13dpIUI since usually that's the day my progesterone levels drop off for my AF to show up. I am having AF cramps though so I don't know what to think. I keep thinking the cramps are a bad sign, but no other signs of AF yet. I am just ready for all the waiting to be over and I hate to think about doing this for yet another month!!

Kris79, I'm the soreness is a good sign! My bbs were sore during the entire 2ww, and the soreness has not gone away. The cramping isn't necessarily a bad thing either; I felt them too, and look what happened to me!  to you!Thank you all for the well wishes! Today I'm going to tell my parents they're going to be grandparents. I'm kind of nervous about it... wish me luck!

Congrats TKhan!! Great news! And Kris, I am sure this is going to be your
month. Can't wait to read the good news. is still not here, but my temps are totally down and boobs have lost all soreness. I'm disappointed, but feel hopeful due to the positives in this board, especially since it looks like a couple of you were unexplained on on your 2nd or 3rd IUI.Supposed to go for the blood test tomorrw, which I suppose I'll have to do unless comes on her own. This is my first time on prometrium, so I have no idea what will happen. Good luck to EVERYONE who is still up in the air!
