I'm so excited for all you girls who have had your IUIs already!! Lots of to you all!

I'm going in for a follow-up ultrasound tomorrow. I have a cheer in my head, "grow follies grow". It's crazy, I know, but it makes me smile.

Which one did you take and what was your dose? I just looked at what I picked up this morning and it is 400mg... don't know if that is normal or if they really want to avoid the bleeding I had last cycle

OMG what an awful day. For starters I go into the DR's office thinking I will be able to trigger tonight and have my IUI's tomorrow and Wednesday, but NOPE...not ready. Which means we may not be able to do IUI at all this month because hubby starts his new job in New York on Thursday. And to boot I have SIX, yes, that's right, SIX follicles that they are worried are going to reach maturity. So if that happens I am canceled anyways. So I found out this afternoon I have to go back in tomorrow morning to make sure I am not over-stimming.

Then, the kicker of my whole day...My parents dog, Murphy, who was like my own, was hit by a car this afternoon and died. He wasn't even in the road, he was standing at the edge of his yard and a car came, plowed him over, and then kept on driving. So I have been a wreck all afternoon...he didn't deserve to die like that. I have been crying so hard all afternoon and now i have a terrible headache. I am hoping that now my little angel will give us a new baby to love...is that wrong? Sigh...what a day...

Tippy, we have also discussed baby names...

Girls are:
Josalyn Eve
Hailey Makenna
Kellan Rain
(if no Josalyn Eve, then Eva Grace

Boys are:
Elliott Christopher
Owen Levi
Sawyer Patrick

Hello Ladies,

Keeping for everyone that is having IUI's done or other test. that there will be tons of on this board soon.

AFM:Well took my last 100mg Clomid yesterday and feeling more effects from it this time. Got up early this morning due to some cramping but not bad but it seems to be from both ovaries working very hard this time. I'll have at least 3 follices. I've been doing a for my follices to grow an grow. Boy do they feel like they are. I can tell this round of Clomid is stronger than last. I’m that we get good news Thursday and will do the IUI the next day. I called my RE nurse yesterday about BD and she said for us to go ahead and not to do anymore until after the IUI. She sounded as our RE will do the IUI the next day too. We are very excited about this time. DH said he praying it works this time. So we’ve been praying to the Good Lord everyday and have included everyone into our prayers too.

I’ll check back in here in a few days after go to RE but may try to post what is happening from hotel if not to busy with other things. We’ll be leaving very early Thursday morning to get to appointment. Appointment is at 9:45am so have to leave home around 6:30am

Charlie'smom - I am so sorry that you had such a terrible day! If you have six follies then maybe you and your DH could still BD before he left! The little swimmers can live up to 5 days so you still have a shot! I hope you don't overstimulate! That is pretty painful!

I am sorry to hear about Murphy

I hope you get good news today at the RE.

I am struggling today and I need the help of those who have been there, done that! I was giddy yesterday, prolly from the hormones, and today I just want to bawl my eyes out, again prolly from the hormones. How do we survive the 2WW? I am at a loss!

Looks like I'll be joining you ladies, hope that is okay.

This will be my fifth IUI cycle - first time with injections. It has been a whirlwind this go round - I started on Bravelle (two vials each night) and went for my first doc appointment on Saturday. My estrogen was through the roof and I had three almost mature follicles. Sounds good, right? Then they looked at the lining - 4. A stinking 4.

I've been to the RE for four days in a row - follicles continue to mature (25, 22 and 21) on the right and estrogen goes up. Lining is dillydallying around 6.

I think they are going to trigger me tonight, but I'm not feeling hopeful about this cycle. I don't think I've ever read of anyone achieving pregnancy with a lining as thin as mine. Has anyone heard of anything to do to increase the lining?

According to the docs, it is possible, if unlikely, and they are just "stumped" as to why this is happening! I love being a medical question mark.

So, my IUIs will probably be tomorrow/Thursday and then it is back to the 2WW!

Charliesmom - I'm so sorry about everything going on. It stinks when not only are we struggling with infertility, but something else has to happen. I am SOO sorry and am for your comfort

Mylifeinstirrups - good luck with the trigger! Unfortunately I don't know much about lining so I don't have words of advice, but I do know you should stay positive! That's all we can really do. We leave everything else up to the doctors and the Lord

AFM - I'm trying to be really positive this month! I'm trying to visualize a little bean implanting and getting pregnant I'm trying not to be overly positive of course so that it's not a big let down if this isn't our month, but I am doing my best to be positive and hopefully my mind will help my body. I just had IUI yesterday, but I'm not crampy at all. On my first IUI I was crampy for like 3 days, but on this one, nothing. Maybe that's a good thing since it was a last time, lol.

to all of us and this is our big month!!!! that would make our due dates April 2010 right??

Charliesmom- I am so sorry about Murphy. I lost my cat last year and I was devastated. He too was hit by a car. I hope you aren't overstimmimg. I hope you and DH have a chance to BD before he goes! You may be down, but you are not out!!

Mylifeinstirrups-yeah for great follie growth!! I too had lining at 6mm this month. My RE said they were going to give me estrace next time, if need be, to help build the lining. I am still for my BFP this time around!! Good luck!

GregsLady-I know what you mean about being emotional. I have good and bad days. I don't handle this 2ww well either!

SlyFoxy-Good luck!!
