I am soooo frustrated!! Going to call REs office and let them know the deal tomo, i'm so mad about this! this was my first IUI and DH said we can just do it again, kinda sucks since $$'s are all out of pocket, insurance cover's nothing! Has anyone done acupuncture?

charliesmom ...sorry things aren't lookin so good for you ..still hope tho like you said...prayin for ya everyone else good luck...sounds like some of you are ready for the next round looks like i may be able to join you ...again...yeah and boo at the same time huh? a'f showed up late last night..with no warning usually i am crampy and very tired...just tired this time round...odd ...funny thing this was my most normal cycle yet only 30 days..of course no O but hey can't all be perfect huh...so i start my highest dose of clomid to date and i am soooo happy i have off work for two weeks the middle of this month...gonna get interesting lol...have my appt for follie check on ar ugust 14 already (cd 17) probably around the same day some of you will be getting the next round of iui's...i just hope i can follow along in your footsteps a week or so later...my workplace gave the walking papers out last night for a group of people so i only have a few weeks left it looks like to see if we can make this work...i am really hopin this time is it or i'm out for a while...i will have to refocus myself immediately on school and a new job before i can try again since unemployment only last for so long and is the only way i can go to school right now(afford it i mean)...no stress lol... anyhow i will be doing opk's religiously this time so i don't miss it ..my cycle is so messed up who know's when i will (or if i will) ovulate in my cycle...sorry for the book ladies..wishin you all the best naomi

[/quote] Well, I'm over it now. These nurses and doctors see it everyday so it's nothing to them. It is definately something to me! I will just do what I have to even if that means driving all over town to get enough Clomid! I am figuring that it will be the 11th or 12th again since I am regular. I am very confident that I will be pregnant this time so my little one can be a Cinco de Mayo baby! Or on my 7th wedding anniversary, May 3!  I know, one step at a time! The day dreaming is what gets me through the reality of all of this! I hope all the gloom gets lifted from our group and so we can get back in that positive state of mind!

[/quote]Greg'sLady - I hope the next cycle works for you! I was hoping next month would be our month too because our 7 yr anniversary is May 20! But I called the RE today and they want to change my meds which means I have to sit out this month. No more Clomid for me. I am thinking I may try to work it out to where my next IUI is when DH is home on his midtour leave - that way we have a higher chance of conceiving.

Well ladies, I am pretty sure I am out. I took another hpt today and it was BFN. My blood work is in the AM, so I am sure the hpt was right. I just can't believe it. I am so frustrated at this whole process.

Afm I am going to wait until my bloodwork on Saturday. When I took that early hpt it was too much for me. I'm seeing my re tonight and I'm going to ask about injectables and ivf if this cycle is a bust.

That was short lived...
Well, I woke up at 3 am this morning with horrific cramps and horrendous bleeding. I have a feeling that the implantation occured last Thursday when i had just a small amount of spotting. My bbs hurt Saturday and Sunday, but I had started bleeding more than spotting Sunday night, and when I woke up Monday morning my bbs no longer hurt, although bleeding was still not AF and more than just spotting. Nurses thought the low BETA on Tuesday may be from early implantation, but I'm pretty sure that it was on the downslide.
At least I know it is possible...now I just need to get it to stick around for awhile...

moving on...
Well my IUI friends, my DH and I have made the hard decision to bite the bullet and move on to trying IVF. My RE went back and re-reviewed my history and my numbers and stats and basically said that we can continue on with IUI's and hope that one eventually works...or we can move on to IVF. He also stated that with a history of ectopic pregnancy and 3 or more unsuccessful IUI's that maybe one or both of my fallopian tubes may not be "functioning" properly. I've had 2 HSG scans and both my tubes are open and clear but he said that does not mean that they are functioning properly. Sooooo... I guess what I'm saying is it's good bye from me for the IUI blogs. It's been a long, frustrating, but hopeful journey with you all, so many who've achieved their BFP's!!! And so many with hope and faith that their BFP is coming soon! And they are! I will definitely check back in with you all from time to time because I want to congratulate each of you when you get that positive pregnancy test! And hopefully our IVF will be successful and I'll want to share that with you all as well!! Good luck to you all and I'll be praying for those BFP's to keep on a comin'!!!!
