Anyone who wants to join this thread, please do!! just showed up with me this morning and I'm thinking I'll be close to the July 11th date for an IUI. I'm still checking my original thread for my first IUI, but would like to start this process over with those in the same boat!

Give us some details if they're not already in your signature! This is IUI #2 for me and I go in today for the inital B/W to make sure I can take some fertility pills. I've been on clomid, so we'll see if they keep me there!

i will tentatively join you in this thread as af began 6-28 however it seems i tend to o late in my cycle so i may be a week behind ya but we shall see and hope for the best anyhow
i begin my 3rd clomid cycle wed. 7-1 on days 3-7

showed up for me today too. I have my day 12 U/S scheduled for 7/10 and they'll tell me then when to take my Ovidrel (HcG shot). Its my 1st IUI - I'm on Clomid and Metformin. Good luck to you all!

Yay! Hey charliesmom, dylansmommy, chatterbox - glad you guys could join in here!

I just got back from the 1st u/s and I still have the same cyst on my right ovary. Dr. said it's nothing to worry about, it's been the same size since the last month. He said it wouldn't effect my chances either which is a good thing.

He kept me on Clomid CD 3-7 as well, so I start that also on 07/01! We'll be on the same schedule dylansmommy! Then he scheduled me to come back July 10 for the next u/s to check the follies. That's not until cd 12, which is kind of late, but that's what the dr. ordered!

Hope you hear back from the dr. soon charliesmom and let us know what they say! dylansmommy, how did your initial u/s go? I assume fine, since they prescribed you to clomid?

Good luck Chatterbox, looks like we are on the EXACT same schedule! Sounds like we're taking the same meds too, except I'm not on Metformin, just Clomid. Keep us posted!!

Hello Everyone! I am hoping to have an IUI on the 11th of July. I have been following the group of IUI's for June and just decided to sign up when I saw this group starting. Do you mind if I join you in this journey? The big ultrasound is tomorrow and I am praying that there are no cysts to stop this cycle from getting started. I really look forward to sharing this experience with this group. After following some of you through the June cycle, I feel like I already sort of know you and think you are a swell group of gals!! I had a cyst last time and it's still here for this time, but my dr. said it won't change my chances at all and we're continuing. So even with a cyst, there may still be a chance!

tiffany that's an interesting question they did not schedule an u/s before this cycle of clomid and i kind of thought they would becuz of the miscarriage but i guess since she had the beta which went back to zero they were not concerned and so far clomid has not caused me to develop any cysts(wonder if that has anything to do with the pcos) they did do a post ovary check and found nothing out of the ordinary so maybe that is why also
will go for an u/s cd 17(late unless opk shows otherwise) can always hope

anyone who has taken clomid before do you think it makes a difference with the moodiness to take it at night as opposed to during the day..i think i will try to take it in the evenings this cycle

Thanks Tippy!! Glad to hear that about the cyst. I have been having a little sharp pain in my side and am scared it is a cyst. Maybe even if it is... the cycle will go on.... YEAH!!! I'll update after my U/S tomorrow. Glad to be a part of this group and I agree with you... THIS ISSSSS OUR MONTH!!!

Hi Naomi, Thanks for the welcome! I took several rounds of clomid but it was eight years ago and I cannot really remember when I took it, but I dang sure remember the moodiness and hot flashes. It was HE!!. I was afraid the injectibles would be worse, but no.. they are ten times easier for me.

thanks kimmyp I guess if the clomid doesn't work I won't worry so much if i have to do injectibles (this is my 3rd clomid cycle) and i don't know how long my particular re will continue with it depends on how i continue to react up to cycle 6...but less moodiness is definitely something to smile at...(course my insurance doesn't cover the injectibles and it does cover clomid) aw well

Finally heard from the doctors office, and I go in tomorrow for my day 3 u/s and bw. I can't believe I am starting this again so soon...I honestly still have bruises on my arms from the last round of blood draws...but if this is what it takes for me to get my little bundle of joy, I'll do it!

Thanks Charlie's Mom!! Glad to be here. I am going for my CD3 ultrasound and blood work tomorrow too! We are right there together. I am dreading the blood draws... Normally they don't bother me but so many just leave your arm aching and each time it seems to hurt more. But, we do what we have to do and it will DEFINITELY be worth it when we finally get our BFP!!!
