Aphrodite: I'm new to this thread/board, but could you please add me to the list? I had IUI on July 19th.

When do you ladies normally test? 14dpiui? I tested for a few days after IUI to track the HCG, but then stopped. I tested this morning (9dpiui) and got a BFN, so I'm assuming the trigger is gone. And, of course, hoping that I'm testing way too early!

I'm anxious to see how long this cycle lasts. Normally my cycles last only about 29 days, but I O pretty late. My IUI was on CD18. That makes today CD27.

Ok I have a question?
My RE practice never tells me the date of testing. They just have me make a FU with RE on CD 25-28, so I can plan next cycle with him. They leave me with last remark-but hopefully you won't need another cycle.

So I don't know when I will test.

So question is " do u folks ask for a beta test?"

so far I have AF before I see RE , so asking for beta has been redundant.

I have lil hope on this cycle with one follicle and trigger on CD10. I went for a nice long walk to blow off steam. Feel better now. Progesterone is making me tired and sleepy.

How's everybody else doing?

My spotting became today, so looks like another for me didn't even make it to 14 dpiui to test. Talked to Dr today will probably go ahead and do another iui cycle and then Aug 13 I am going to TX for 3 weeks to visit family. I wanted so bad to go home pg, but not this time. I hope everyone else gets their and I will be checking in to see how everyone is doing. Thanks for all the support, this message board has really helped I am so glad I found it. A big thanks to you Charity you have been so sweet and kind, I hope this is your month and you get your soon. Positive thoughts and lots of and to everyone.

Can I join the group? My IUI was July 22nd, I've had so many that I have pretty much lost all faith that they will work for me, but we did change up the routine on this on, doing the IUI on cd11 instead of cd13 or 14 -New NP in the office. Beta is Aug 7th - I am for us all this month!

Aphrodite- YEA!! you had your IUI today, I'm so excited!!!

Had my 3rd u/s and batch of bloodwork this morning. My little follie seems to be growing well. It's at 15 today. The other one (on the right) seems to have stopped around 10. I was hoping that it'd catch up so that I released from both sides, just to increase the odds. There's another one on the left, but not quite as big as the 15. DH doesn't think I can take the hot flashes and is constantly trying to make me feel better-even if it means freezing while I crank up the AC and have 3 fans on me at all times. They're making me dizzy and nauseaus and messing up my sleep.

I'm excited and anxious and just want to get this over with so that I have some fun news when I go away in Sept...We'll see. to everyone!!

Cassie (TXgirl)...I'm so sorrry hon...Have you discussed progesterone support with your doctor hon? A 9 day luteal phase is not acceptable for TTC, particularly on Clomid. Do they have any insight for you sweetie? I just think that you need some additional labwork or something hon. You're very welcome too...I wish you didn't have to move onto the next thread... Was so hoping this was it!!

Waterlily....Hold out hope for this one sweetie! I've found through all my BFN & BFP cycles, that you just never know! The only one I knew for sure was the one with implantation spotting, which is more uncommon that common, so just hang in there sweetie!

Aphrodite...You're such a cutie pie for putting that chart together for us all...That had to have been a lot of work!! Good luck today sweetie!! The planets have aligned just for your BFP sweetie!! You can put me down for testing on the 5th of August. AF is usually due about that time, so if she's not here on time, I'll test then...Unless my temps are really high or I get some other signs and I just can't wait, but that will be my official date.

AFM...I know this is going to sound totally strange, but I know this is a cliche, but I can not stop eating pickles! I had this craving on a BFN cycle too, but not like this!! I ate all the pickles, and resorted to drinking the juice!! I can't even believe it myself. I did pour it into a glass (not straight out of the jar)...Surprise surprise I woke up in the middle of the night sooo very thirsty...And my craving for tomatoes, still there! Between V8 and actual tomatoes sliced, I am going to turn into a pickled tomato! My bbs are getting larger now along with the nipples. Have had the change in pigmentation has been around even before the trigger so suspect that has to do more with Estrogen than hCG...Love this part...When they are throbbing/pulsating making you believe there's something going on but have proven to be completely unreliable on other medicated BFN cycles, so I don't hold any weight in them. Well...I hold a lot of weight, but no reliability. They are always playing tricks on me during the 2WW. I do have this strange tightness in my lower abdomen that I don't remember having before. The only way I can describe it is when you do sit-ups and you can feel your muscles are tighter, but without the pain when you stretch...Does that make any sense? Maybe just trapped gas? The OHSS does seem to be getting better, though it still hurts to touch my abdomen, have to urinate, or when I'm walking, but I can sit comfortably now, which is good. My temp is up today too. Again, happens in other BFN cycles, so nothing there...Other than that...Nada...

Hello Everyone,
I'm hanging in tight like always. My RE doesn't want me to do any hpt until like the 1st of month. I'm not in no big hurry due to been so disappointed so much just going to wait an see what happens. Our RE has never said anything bout doing beta's yet.

For right now just still haveing some slight cramping on an off an sometimes discharge but I'm not reading anything to it. this our time.. I'm still have PMA so maybe that will help us too.

Okay, so I had my IUI around 1:45 today. We had 76.5 million swimmers for my 3 for sure follicles! Now the dreaded 2ww begins... I'm getting lots of aches today from my ovaries so I think I'm ovulating all those folicles now, so I think the timing was good! Everything was *perfect* this cycle, so no reason other than bad luck it won't work! I think I'm just going to decide that I'm pregnant until I know otherwise!

My clinic does not do Beta's either unless you ask for them. I told her that I'm a data person and would like to know! So, she said they would do it for me if I wanted to, but I don't have to. So, I'll just wait and see if I get that BFP or not!!

I'll update the list with the next post. It did take some work to put together, but it gave me something to do other than be anxious!! It'll give me something to do to keep it updated during the 2ww too!!

alliben - I put your test date as 14 dpiui on 8/3. These are all guesses for test dates anyway since we all know we are going to test way before we are supposed to anyway!! At least I will! My RE says I'm not out until 17 dpiui, so that's the official word on if it's negative for me.

afm...af showed up yeah..most normal cycle for me yet only 30 days(no O but hey i'll take what i can get)sigh...25 people got their walking papers at work last night another 25 the following week and so on..looks like i have less time than i thought..gonna have to go to plan b if this cycle is a bust too...i still have lots of hope...i'm down but not out lol...next apt on aug 14 for follie check...

Hi Charity,
Sounds like you are progressing well. Went to the Dr this am and they thought this cycle went really well and not sure why it did not work. I have never started my AF this early. I am usually like clockwork right around 28 days except last month 31 days. I usualy o around day 15 or 16. This was my first month with this RE so they are just trying to figure everything out. Being a military wife we are always moving so doesn't help my IF. Can't stay somewhere long enough to get everything right. The RE said I had cysts so but me on BC pills and I am going on vacation so will decide what I want to do and go back in Sept and see RE, if I want to try another round of IUI. RE did day 3 tests because last month my E2 was high because I had to take Estrace the month before my first IUI cycle. I will call next week for those results, but when I did the IUI I had no indications of LPD so they did not prescribe progesterone. Will discuss with RE if we do another IUI. Wanted to update you with my situation and let you and all the other ladies know I will be for ya'll. I am going on vacation Aug 13 and am just going to enjoy visiting with my family. I may not post much in the next couple of months but I will be checking in on everyone. Best wishes!

I will probably home test around day 11- which would be 8/7/09- just in case you want to add that- and it will just be a HPT until I am 2 days late and then my RE will have me do a Beta...but not until then unless I get a positive...but even if I get a positive this time I will wait until day 16- don't want to go through all of what I went through last month again. No thanks! LOL!
