Hello,
We have been trying to conceive for 7 years! Didn't have the best guidance with the doctors for the first 5 years.

Now I have a great doctor, but he is still new at such hard cases. I took my first HCG injection tonite and he said to try Naturally for 3 days. How many hours after the first shot should I start trying? I would appreciate any advice, or experiance anyone else has had. We have 2 eggs-1cm, 2-1.5cm and a few more smaller.

Ovulation shoud occur after 36-42 hours after the trigger.

That is what my doctor said for him to do IUI... but he said if we try naturally to try that day, he just didn't say how many after the shot to start trying. I just don't want to screw this up. :

If you are trying 'naturally' then I have been told that you should bed the night of your LH surge (or the night you take your trigger) and then bed for at a minimum the next two nights. Best of luck to you!!

We didn't have an IUI this last cycle. We the night of our trigger and for the next 4 nights just to make sure our bases were covered. If your DH doesn't have any SC issues I would say just keep going til he can't go anymore. My Dh was about to die by the end but that was the cycle we got our after 4 failed IUI's in a row.

I do have a question though. Are you sure those were the measurements of your follies? If so why did they have you trigger already when they were still so small?
