I was needing to know when should I start counting the days as DPO?

Reason asking is because when got my LH Surge it was on 08/17/09 do I count that date or the next day?

I usually can keep up when doing a IUI but when doing a naturally cycle not sure when to start counting.

I've had some cramping but not paying much attention to it but early yesterday did see a little spot of blood but not sure if it from a scratch I got healing or something else.. Just have to wait an seee..

Can anyone give me a hand at this. Please

Hi slyfoxy,
You can assume that you ovulated the day after the LH surge. That's what happens in most cases. So then the day after the day after your LH surge is 1 dpo, etc.

I am 6DPO also and 6dpiui today. I have felt some cramping, but used to that by now. I am also feeling a teensy bit nauseated and very gassy and had a couple of dizzy spells. Unfortunately, I really do know better than to get excited. Not that I'm saying I am not because I am!! LOL! The power of positive thinking is GOING TO WORK FOR ME THIS MONTH!!!!!!!!!

Foxy, We are on the same schedule!!! I got my surge on the same day and we are natural this cycle too!

I sure hope for both of us it worked naturally. How awesome would that be??

I have sore bbs but I am ignoring all symptoms as they drive me up the wall. When will you test??

Heatherly I'm going to a new RE to get ready to do other IUI after he runs all the test but he said to me in E that he will do a urine an bloodtest this friday to make sure not pregnant before he starts any test.

I don't know if my mind is playing tricks or what but for the last 3 days been cramping off an on sometime sick in stomach or really gassy. Early this morning had some really good cramping that woke me up but finally I got comfortable an feel back to sleep. The craming I had this morning felt like close to my belly button or close to it. I'm afraid to read anything into this anymore so this will be it. Can't wait to go to new RE Friday..

I'm now going back to lie down on couch still get some cramping once a while and I feel like crap today. Just don't feel good.
