crap, another BFN. i'm pretty much out, right? bfn hpt on 13dpiui with an early response? i'm so sick of single lines on a hpt. hate them. shockingly, i haven't been upset yet. maybe that will come. but not yet. i'm pretty much just annoyed. i was hopeful for this one, i don't know when i'll learn ... i can't help it.

I'm sorry Tina...don't give up yet until AF shows up! Well as for me, I got my second beta results today and the number has almost tripled - it is now 135. I feel much better now but will still be nervous until my us and until the next 3 months are over!

Girls I just don't know what to think. Here is some of my story. I have been told over and over to lose weight, so I have again, more steroids, again, even more steroids and now IU which blows me upa like a fish. In January after losing 50lbs I went back to my Dr after taking a break for about 6mths to get the weight off. Of course he put me on 200mg clomid and 10mg predisone, nothing. Then we went to Menapur and pregnoyl after me begging for injections because after 5 yrs the clomid just does not work for me. So we have been doing that for most of this yr, when i have a period in between bc. Well about 2mths ago after the last round i had a 12mm follicle that never grew after 25 days of injections at 150iu menapur and we had to abort the cycle because of the extent and my estrogen dropped. Well my Dr decides that I need to get the 35lbs that I have gained back off. Well he and I had a come to Jesus meeting and I took a mth or two to think. So this mth we started back at 400iu for only 5days, WOW. IUI sept 11th, spotted a little yesturday and betas were drawn this morning. Lab tech told me that it would take about 1hr for them to process and someone would call me with the results. 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 office closed when called, 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00 nothing NO call back. 4:30 brownish discharge. ???? who knows, so whow would you feel, should they have called? i have been waiting 2 weeks and do they care, what is up. Thinking about takeing a break for awhile and looseing the weight AGAIN and seeing another specailist. Feel like the last 6yrs i have been just paying for private school tution because I have had no results with this man.

meg - so glad things are getting a little easier with dh. i hope you guys can agree and BOTH have peace with the decision soon. it's hard. infertility brings about BIG decisions you never expected to make in life. i hope your weekend is going well and you're getting a chance to relax some, you need it! i haven't been cramping so much, just tugs and twinges in my right lower abdomen (where both of my mature follicles were). i wish i had more hpts, i want to test again tomorrow. maybe i will again on sunday. i am pretty sure you should expect AF 14 dpiui, that's what i've always thought anyway. are you going to POAS soon?

maraG - so cool! i wish my hunger was due to !! sounds like you're moving right along - awesome!!

capital - SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!! i'm so glad your beta turned out well!!!! you're officially you lucky lady you!!

AFM, thanks for the support on my bfn. i don't know why, but this one is not hitting me so hard. i mean i was sad, but just not devastated. sometimes though it's the beta results that get me. i can't really let go of that last bit of hope until the beta comes (monday). even today, i went to acupuncture and she said my pulses were so good that she had to treat me for pregnancy just in case despite the fact that the hpt was probably right. bam, she gave me some hope! when will i give up? LOL!

since then i've just been diving into IVF research. i have to figure out tons of insurance stuff and make big decisions in the next month. i guess all of this research is distracting me. also, i'm very hopeful that IVF will be my answer.

mrswlb - are you seeing an RE? you've been on clomid for 5 years with no results? it sounds like you should've seen a new RE 4 years ago to me. and it sounds like they should've upped your dose of menapur when your follie stopped growing, but perhaps they wanted to start over with new dosing ... ??? also, if your office doesn't call you, call them! no one cares more about this than you and you have to be your own advocate. good luck!

Well ladies, i am on day 32 of my cycle and still no AF! But no BFP either, i am never late, and i feel her coming this is so weird!!!

MEG.... I was just peeking in for some encouragement... I'm in the 2ww of my first IUI right now.... and I noticed you and DH were having some frustrations dealing with the decision of a lap? I see you guys decided to go ahead... I just wanted to bring you some encouragement though. You never know, endo may be the hold up, that would be good to know.... and if nothing else, you get to lay around and have DH baby you for a week after the surgery! I had mine done in Feb, and I'm glad I did. I especially enjoyed the lazy part afterwards! haha. You can milk it for about a week, two if you're lucky! lol

sam - have you done a beta? are you on progesterone? i'm the same actually, no af, no BFP, but can feel af coming ... hate it. but this has happened before with me. i wish it would just come already.

meg - GOOD LUCK!!! i hope it goes smoothly. it will surely be nice to know if endo is an issue or not. i'll be thinking of you today.

Teen- No i have not done a beta, im with an OB and they dont do it. We will be moving to an RE in November. But i just want to be done, i know its coming, and i never am late so its weird. In fact i ovulated 3 days earlier this month being on the clomid so figured id get my period 3 days earlier. Well that didnt happen, then yesterday was my normal day and still nothing. So weird
