Hi all,
I had my first IUI on Saturday. Post wash 35 million sperm with close to 100% motility. My RE is a little disappointed because he thinks that it is ideal to have 3-4 mature follicles and I have only two. Honestly, I'm happy because it's my best cycle yet. Normally I produce tons of follicles but nothing matures because he can't get me on the right level of meds. I am going to have my second IUI this afternoon. I'll be praying for all of you. Good luck Vanna!!
I had my u/s and bw today. I have 1 follie at just about 17mm. I will be triggering tomorrow and going in Wed for my iui. If they see my LH surge they may call to do it tomorrow! I am just glad I had growth!! It grew almost 7mm since Thursday! Hoping and it works this time!!

Kelly - keep us posted! That's wonderful that it grew so much! I bet you're so relieved that this cycle is working!
I just got back from my CD10 us - I have a 16+change on my right, with 4-5 10mm follies. I have a 12+change on my left, with 3-4 others. Looks like we have a candidate. Hopefully my e2 levels will come back okay today. No plan yet

Kelly, I'm also scheduled for an IUI on Wednesday the 23rd. I'm doing my ovidrel trigger tonight. Do you normally trigger the night before your IUI?

Good luck everyone!!
I just had my first IUI this morning! So excited and nervous at the same time. I know I shouldn't get my hopes up, but it's hard to not... I'm really praying that this is the month for all of us!

Me: 33, healthy, no fertility issues Hubby: 31, diagnosed Azoo 5-1-09 Two furbabies TTC since November '08 5-15-09 Met w/DH urologist (Dr. Turek) 6-11-09 DH Testosterone a bit low, FSH a bit high (9), LH & Prolactin levels normal 6-15-09 2nd SA w/pellet centrifuge - No sperm found. Dr. thinks it is NOA. 7-10-09 FNA Mapping scheduled. 7-22-09 No sperm found. SCO diagnosed. 9-21-09 IUI#1 w/DS (13mm sperm 100% motility) no meds 10-18-09 IUI#2 w/DS (64mm sperm 45% motility) Femara CD3-7 & Ovidrel trigger 11-16-09 IUI #3 w/DS (69mm sperm 46% motility) Femara CD3-7 & Ovidrel trigger

Good morning Ladies! Its so exciting everyone is either getting ready for IUI or already done it! We are all going to be close together in the 2WW!!
Kelly great job on the follie!!! I'll be praying for you! I had my u/s this morning and I am so excited because just 4 grew... I have a 24, 23, 22, and a 21, the rest are 17 and below. I was so worried I was going to have a cancelled cycle... lots of prayers last night ! RE said this was a really good cycle!!! I got my HCG trigger, but they only gave my half so the littler one's wouldn't ovulate. I am having b2b IUI tomorrow and wednesday, then I'll be in my dreaded 2ww taking those horrible suppositories!Anyone doing b2b IUI and BD after? We didn't last time, so I'm wondering if we should after the first or second? I have preseed too!

Sara - that is awesome that your u/s went so well. Nelly - congrats on your first IUI. Hopefully the 2ww goes by fast and you get a Tracy - I'm so sorry to hear about the m/c. Hoping you are able to move on and try again soon  dawnmarie - I'm hoping to have my IUI on Wednesday as well. Just waiting for my lh surge since I won't be getting a trigger shot. secondaryinsanity - glad to hear your u/s went well! Kelly - that's great news that your had so much growth, way to go!! Vanna - those numbers for the sperm count are fantastic! I wouldn't worry about only having two mature follicles, it's better than one and I'm sure they will be perfect targets for all those sperm to get to. Good luck on your 2nd IUI today! Good luck to everyone else and hoping this week goes by fast so we can all get to our 2ww!

Those are some serious follicles. If you are not at the end of this I will be floored. Good job.I get my scan tomorrow. My right ovary is hurting, so I think its my lead this time.

Jan 21, 2009 First RE appt All test good. FSH, Clomid Challenge, HSG Feb 2, 2009 IUI #1 February 15, 2009 March 2nd. 6wks Cramping. blood, Beta 500 IUI #2 May 2009 June 22nd Sonogram. Heartbeat. Measuring 6 days small though June 29th #2 Devistated.Work up and NEW RE: Batter of tests -Everything checks out fine. Only blip is IGM medium positive, which has nothing to do with anything. Bad luck? one more IUI then maybe IVF with PGD IUI#3 10/8 POAS IVF#1 and hopefully my last 10/28 Materal Fetal Medicine 2nd opinion on IGM positive on test that was found. Nov 4th Start BCP for Antagonist IVF protocol Nov 21st Start Stims 300 Gonal F and 150 Menopur

I had my second IUI this afternoon. The sperm count was about 50 million, high 90 percent motility. Good luck everyone.

Jill Me: 27, PCOS, Hypothyroid DH: 29, good sperm count, low morphology & low motility ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ TTC naturally 11/08 - 1/09 9/09 - HSG: all clear 1/09 - Start Prometrium & Clomid 50mg- no ovulation  2/09 - Clomid 100mg- no ovulation 4/09 - Clomid 150mg (CD 3-7) - CD21 progest blood test = 29.31 7/09 - Clomid 150mg (CD 3-7) - CD21 Progesterone blood test = 23 8/09 - Clomid 150 mg (CD 3-7)- CD3 Hormones checked & came back normal CD21 Progesterone test blood test = 17 CD34 AF arrived 9/09 - IUI #1 - Clomid 150 mg (CD 5-9) 9/15- Ultrasound- lots of follies but not very big, confirmed PCOS. 9/18 - 1 follie 16.5! 9/21 - 1 follie 23! Progesterone (2.0) confirmed no ovulation yet. 9/22 - Ovidrel (trigger shot) 9/23 - IUI (29.9 million & 80% motility) 10/7 - 14dpiui AF arrives  Taking a well deserved break and will continue the "old fashion way"
