Hi everyone. My husband is getting back a little early from his deployment, so we should be back in the game. It looks like my cycle dates are close to a few of you. I am on CD1 today and will be doing Clomid CD3-7. My last few cycles have been a bit of a mess only being around 2 weeks long. I am hoping this cycle is different with the Clomid.

It's very official now, I'm starting my new cycle and it seems that my IUI will be around the first week of October.

I'm very excited and scared at the same time.

Finally came in full force today! Ouch! But, I have my us tomorrow and start the Letrozole on thursday. Looks like the an early October IUI!

Quick question: I normally get my LH surge on cd15, but I've heard that they generally want you to do the trigger shot a few days earlier than that. Do your REs wait for you to surge or have you do it on a specific day?

I never thought I'd be so excited to start my period, but I want to get this show on the road!!

Hannah, My RE usually has me trigger as soon as my follies are 17 or higher.

I had my first IUI September 8, but showed yesterday and I'm still , so we are officially onto round #2 of IUI and Clomid. Last time we weren't monitored at all (scans and ultrasounds), so this time around I'm making sure they check everything out. I want to make sure my lining is looking good and that I'm producing more than one egg.

Hi ladies... Just had my 2nd failed IUI cycle and looks like my 3rd Iui wil be sometime begining of October. I hope we get lots of BFP's on here....

I went for b/w and an u/s today and my RE said that the Follistim is working and the dosage is perfect. He wants me to continue taking it until Friday. He wants to see me on friday for another u/s and b/w. Today he said he sees 3 follies on my right and 2 on my left.....I wish he had told me the sizes....I will definitely ask on Friday!!!! i;m due to ovulate in 8 days.....I can't wait!!

DMR, I also wrote back on your thread about Follistim! Check it out! I'm WAY excited that you have 5 follies. I've been on lower doses of Follistim in the past, and I am a poor responder. I usually do 75 for 7 days, and 150 for another 3 or 4!... and that usually gives me ONE good follie, about a 17mm on CD 13-ish. I'm hoping for 2 or 3 good follies! This is my first IUI!!! Good luck to you too! Keep me posted! I'll let you know how u/s goes tomorrow. I'll try to get sizes on my follies!

Let us know how it goes! I have my baseline us at 2:15...not so exciting. But, it means I should be starting my meds tomorrow! So thats exciting for me!

Just finished up with the RE today... u/s was good. I have TWO follies that are starting to respond, one on each ovary. I also have about 4 or 5 mini-responders on the right, but not big enough to measure yet. And of course, lots of small insignificant follies too! My TWO follies are a 14.5 (left side) and an 11 (right side_. If I had to guess I'd say the mini-responders are size 8's. They drew blood and will call me this afternoon to let me know how much Follistim to do the next two days, I'm hoping still 150! I go back Friday for my next u/s. Hopefully that 11 will catch up... and maybe one of those mini-responders will do something amazing too! I'd like to have 3 nice follies for my first IUI!!! YAY! I am excited. I may be IUI-ing as soon as Saturday.

Flash, that's very exciting! I started the Femara today and the Ovidrel was delivered a few minutes ago so I'm set! I have an US next Friday(the 2nd) to check follicle size then IUI either the 4th(the day of my husbands triathalon...oops!) or the 5th(my husbands birthday!). Very excited!
