I'm Pregnant!!!!
Hey guys!! I was too upset from my last IUI not working, that I have not logged on this past treatment cycle. Just put it all in God's hands, and we are pregnant with TWINS!!!! We found out today!! It's so crazy, we are just in a total shock today!!!! Wow!! We found out Sunday we were pregnant, then today Twins. It was my 3rd IUI, and they told me my last before we went a different route. YEAH!! THANK YOU GOD!!!! We are excited, and now just praying for two healthy heartbeats next week!! I'm 5 weeks right now.

Me: 34 (1 ovary, no tubes) DH: 48 (no sperm) 1 DS 15 years old  1st IUI with donor sperm on Jan 23, 09 IUI-1-23-09 Beta 2-6-09  2nd IUI with donor sperm on Feb 20, 09 Beta 3-6-09 3rd IUI w/donor sperm March 21,09 2nd Beta 19DPIUI 5-16-09 B/Ovum  4th IUI w/donor sperm August 8,09 8-21-09 Beta 5th IUI w/donor sperm Sept 5, 09 9-18-09  Consult with NEW RE Oct 2,09 No home inseminations for us, have to move on to IVF due to damaged tube. 10-29-09 LAP and Hysterscopy, left tube was removed (undiagnosed ectoptic found   ). The right tube was removed in 1993 as a result of a dermoid tumor.Moving on to IVF in Feb 2010  25 pounds to lose.  11-11-09 1st vistit with Weight Loss Clinic

Me-37 and DH-38 Married to the love of my life since May 17, 2003 1-Furbaby since December 2001 TTC since April 2007 with Severe Cervical Stenosis IUI-March and April 2009 TTC Break to Investigate Issues-May-September 2009 Lap to remove endo, reconstruct cervix, cervical dilation, transabdominal cerclage, hysterogram and unexpected release to try IUI again 14 days post surgery-October 2009 But still hopeful that the surgery is going to help!

That is sooo fantastic! You are an inspiration to the rest of us.
Can you give more details about your journey? What's your fertility issue? What drugs were you on? How many IUIs did you do? SOrry I'm being nosey but it's good to hear what pathway you took to get PG.

Jessica10 DH, 34 -- Perfect ME, 32 -- anovulation, hypothyroid TTC since 2007 (naturally) April 2008 -- (prescribed Synthroid), acupuncture October 2008 -- 5 cycles of Clomid (50mg then 100mg) -- no luck April 2009 -- RE; HSG test clear tubes, not ovulating even with the Clomid; May -- prescribed Clomid 100mg + trigger shot; no follicles at day 11 ultrasound; skipped cycle June 2009 -- IUI#1: prescribed Clomid 100mg + trigger shot + Follistim; (actually an FSP) July 2009 -- thyroid acting weird so missed a cycle1 09/01/09 -- IUI #2: prescribed Clomid 100mg + trigger shot + Follistim; 3 follicles at day 11 u/s: 17mm, 28mm, & 30mm. Had the IUI (FSP) on 9/1 09/17/09 AF 09/18/09 U/S 5 mature follicles -- 75IU Follistim days 3,4 and 6; 100mg Clomid days 3-7 and trigger shot 09/29/09 IUI#3: 5 mature follicles & 184m sperm 10/25/09 - 1 mature follicle; trigger 10/26 10/28 IUI #4 -- 1 follicle, 116million sperm count Taking the month off.

NOV 20TH IUI 8.30AM---45 1/2 HRS AFTER HCG DH: Eveything normal OCTOBER 23RD--Count was 14mil. 58MIL POST WASH Mobility was 40% NOV 19TH-- COUNT 58MIL. 200MIL POST WASH MOBILITY 55% NOV 20TH-- COUNT 65MIL MOBILITY 46%

I have endometriosis and we could not conceive on our own (hubby is Perfect). We were on Clomid since April and started the IUI's in August. finally got a positive!!!! We are so excited and nervous. It's wierd!!!! I always thought we would be that couple without kids. I'm just praying for them both to be healthy.
