Hello everyone!

Just wondering who has done Femara and IUI together? How long did it take to work?

I just started Femara for the first time yesterday. We will be doing IUI as well.

Hi Amy-

This is my second month on Femara and my first IUI is scheduled for tomorrow morning. Everything seems to be on track so I am looking forward to getting the IUI done. The Femara is not so bad and it has been giving me 2 follicles consistantly. Now I just need to get pregnant. Good Luck!

I done Femara and IUI together but got a BFN. I had been on Clomid 50mg one time an another time was 100mg Clomid and only had one follice for each IUI. When switched to a new doctor and he put me on Femara 5-9 I really like it because when was on Clomid I had side effect but on Femara didn't have no side effects but I can tell you after I stopped taking my Femara I could feel on the next day it working as my ovaries would hurt some not bad but knew it was doing its job. When finally went for a us I had 4 follices which I never had before. We was thrilled knowing that the Femara works great with me. Just no BFP due to my Dh had some sperm issues so the doctor said no more IUI's until we get things straighten out. So hopefully really soon get to start IUI again for the new year. My Dh is going to his doctor now so hopefully soon the med he one show his sperm issues are better.

I hope I get a BFP this month.

This month (November) was my first time doing IUI and Femara. I had no problems at all. We also ended up doing an HCG shot the day before the IUI. I still have 1 week until I can test. This is the worst part!
