Post Changes you've made to diet etc.?

Wanted to start a new thread.....

What is everyone doing to improve their chances of getting a BFP this cycle?

Me, I am feeling like a big blueberry ready to pop these days. I know dieting isnt recommended when TTC, but its also important to be in tip top shape prior.

I've cut back on caffine (doing 1/2 reg. and 1/2 decaf).

I am trying to quit smoking - any other smoker's out there? I know this is SO important but with all the stress associated with this journey I am finding it almost impossible to cut down or quit altogether.

Very interested in hearing what everyone is doing to improve their chances.....

Thanks for sharing!

I am doing IVF this time around, so I cut out alcohol, caffeine, aspertame(addicted to gum too), trying to just eat fruits and veggies and drink lots of water. It sucks though..I quit this summer smoking, only did when I drank, but that was every weekend..ha.

Trying to add green tea too.

I have completely changed my diet. No sugar, no caffeine. I eat 5 or 6 very small meals a day, low calorie and low fat. Maybe that will help, maybe not, but I do feel better. Alot less bloated!
