CD2 - Already grounded ???

http://www3.fertilethoughts.com/foru...s/confused.gif just got the call from RE, I am on CD2 went in for my bw and us they are not having me start my injectibles - my progestorne level is too high. They are having me come in again on sat. CD5 to retest my levels before doing anything...

I don't know if it's a bust or not. They have to have your health and safety in mind. Over stimulation will cause more problems for you and thus they don't want to get into dangerous levels. They know what they're doing. Just wait a few more days and go back, hopefully your levels will start to level off and you can proceed.

I know it's hard and frustrating to hit those obstacles. I had a cyst on my ovary at the start of the 2nd cycle and had to put me on BCP to help it go down faster! I cried, and then reminded myself that the doc knows best. In fact, she didn't make me wait for another AF B4 starting injections. The BCP made my lining not thicken up so she wasn't worried about it.

As it turns out, I can't count my due date from LMP. I think it's funny. At least I know when I OV.

Hang in there!

Heart

Gina Gina,

I'm having to sit out this cycle too. We have to wait for my right ovary to return to normal. (If it was normal, wouldn't I be pregnant by now?!)

Anyway, we only have enough money for 3 more cycles, so I figure this way I have 4 more months until I have to face the music.

Take care of you Geanie sweetie. It seems to happen to all of us at some point.

Much love,
Julie

sorry if you have to sit out a cycle... firstly, it is still an "IF", so don't loose your hope... and if so, all you can do is to occupy yourself with something else for that month... for example, Gemma was threatning to weed her yard (would love to see her do it in 100F heat.. hehe) and scrub her house (those roaches apparently are more fertile than anyone here on board... just kidding again)...
still, hope CD5 test goes well...
