lowering progestorne levels?

Does anyone have suggestions on how to lower your progestorne level? I found out I was 2.3 and should be less than 1.5. They said I may not have been a "true" day 2. Wishing for good luck on tomorrow's retest - I dont want to sit this month out.

Sorry, they are always trying to boost mine so I can't help. Good luck with the retest!

Are you sure they meant progesterone? It's usually a # with 2 or 3 digits in it. That looks more like an FSH level that shouldn't be too high.
