Well my dad, yes, my dad, drove me to my appt today (its 2 hours each way). I am not ready to trigger so I have to back Saturday for another u/s then on again on Monday for the IUI. Im sad that I have to drive there two more times in such a close span of time but I know that I drive somewhere closer than a lot of people who travel to an RE.

(In case you are wondering why dad drove me it's because no one in my family trusts my sense of direction...I get lost going down the street let alone 2 hours away. DH absolutely had to work today and my mom had a important appt so dad went.)

I am glad you dad was able to help. Daddy's are great!!
The last month I did my IUI (my BFP month) I had to call my dad last min and have him help out at my daycare with the three year olds because my assistants daughter was sick.....and I HAD to get to my IUI LOL It was so neat coming back seeing him sitting with a group of lil girls reading a book! I am glad it was my BFP month because I will always remember that!!

That story makes me miss my dad but luckily he will be here over Christmas visiting me. I am scheduled for an IUI around that time. It will be nice for him to be around.
