Round 3 to begin for me
Just wanted to update. Went for sono/lab for me. We couldn't really pinpoint my CD as I have been on BCP (strickly estrogen) but we said it was day 1. Can you believe that I actually got a call from the actual RE telling me we were good to go as my estradial was 30. So I will start my Follistim tomorrow and I find this weird, he lowered my dose from 150 to 125. I have only been able to produce around 2 good size follicles. But now he lowers my dose. The nurse said that sometimes the eggs need a little longer to mature. She said I was responding so quickly to the meds that lowering it could give the eggs more of a chance to develop more. I didn't know. Well hopefully this will be my cycle. Also another funny thing, my RE's office is not open on weekend. She told me to bring in my trigger shot with me for sono/lab on Thursday 12/13 in case I'm ready to go. Well we have been getting the IUI two days after my shot. How are they going to do this? She didn't really think I would be ready yet because of the lower dose so I may have the trigger on Sat. then IUI on Monday. Who knows? I've decided these are the experts and I'm leaving it their hands. Anyhow, I wish all the Ladies doing IUI's this month luck. I'm praying for all.

Just wanted to wish you luck!!!! You are right, they are the experts so see how it goes, but if you are unsure of anything make sure you ask....the girls on here have taught me that! I will

I had the same question about my trigger shot. I did my shot at 2am this morning and will do my IUI sat. morning at 9am. Everyone said it was good timing and it should be 24-48 hrs after shot. Hope this helps.

I am triggering tonight and have my IUI Sunday 12/9/07 - Maybe this will be everyone's month!
I have not been on Follistim, so I do not have any advice to offer, but I am wishing you luck!!!!
