3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 66 million with 60% motility and 39 milion with 40% motility
4. What medications were you using if any? Metformin 1500mg/day, Follistim 75 IU (8 days), Follistim 100 IU (4 days), Ovidrel 250 and was put on Endometrin 300 mg after IUI
5. What day did you get your BFP? VERY faint line 10dpiui, then a definite positive 12dpiui.
6. First couple Beta numbers? 77.3 - 193 - 2180
7. How many babies? Saw one beanie baby on today's ultrasound

5. What day did you get your BFP? faint line 13dpiui, then a definite positive 14dpiui.
6. First couple Beta numbers? 14 dpiui 142, 16 dpiui - 344
7. How many babies? based on the beta numbers it looks like one but I'm not 100% sure

6. First couple Beta numbers? 1st 3.10 it was 138 2nd 3.12 it was 346
7. How many babies? not sure yet first sono scheduled 4.01.09

I will say that I had some ovary discomfort a few days after the IUI but it has gotten better, dr said not to worry.
My hubby and I are excited - we are very blessed.

6. First couple Beta numbers? 237, 446, and 1233
7. How many babies? ultrasound on April 13-not sure!

I am so thankful to be posting here! I wanted to wait until my ultrasound to be sure....

1. How many IUIs did you do? Two...got PG with the first IUI, but had an early miscarriage. I was thrilled to get PG on the second IUI too!
2. How many mature follicles did you have? I'm not sure, we were just doing OPK, not ultrasound monitoring.
3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? Not sure...they just said it was a good sample.
4. What medications were you using if any? Clomid 50 mg.
5. What day did you get your BFP? HPT on 12dpiui
6. First couple Beta numbers? 154 at 13dpiui...they didn't do a second test.
7. How many babies? TWO! We found out today we're having TWINS!

I was just wondering if anyone got a negative on 12dpiui and then AF didn't show and you went in for bw only to find out you were pregnant?

I am 12dpiui today and I took a test this am and it was a . Being that it is Easter, I should have waited until tomorrow so I didn't have a melt down (which I did while in the shower!lol).

I am not looking for false hope...but just want to know if it can happen.

I got a negative HPT on 10,11, 12, and 13DPIU. I got a NEGATIVE BETA on 13DPIUI (I always take HPT the morning of Beta so I can prepare myself for the bad news).

I ended up taking another HPT on 18DPIUI since hubby urged me to because he really felt I was pregnant..GUESS WHAT?? He was right. I got another Beta done on 19DPIUI, and it confirmed that I was definately pregnant. The nurse can not explain why the Beta showed negative just 6 days earlier. The pregnancy may not stick because my Beta was only 58..BUT I AM PREGNANT AFTER BEING CONFIRMED NOT TO BE. So hang in there because there is hope.
