Me: 29, PCOS? Irregular periods since age 12, no cysts, not OW, but anovulatory, excess hair, some past hormonal irregularities (prolactin/testosterone). 1. How many IUIs did you do? 1 with clomid days 5-9 2. How many mature follicles did you have? one on each side, 19 and 21 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 62.9 million 4. What medications were you using if any? 50 mg clomid on days 5-9, ovidrel trigger on d15, iui on d16, progesterone suppositories starting 14dpiui 5. What day did you get your BFP? dollar tree test positive 12dpiui, clearblue easy digital said "pregnant" 14dpiui 6. First couple Beta numbers? 323 @ 16dpiui; 678 @ 18dpiui 7. How many babies? don't know yet. Ultrasound scheduled for June 15

2. How many mature follicles did you have? 4 mature 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 24 million 94 percent 4. What medications were you using if any? femara 10mg day 3-7 , follistim 75 iu days 3,5,7,9 progesterone suppositories two day after iui twice daily until 2nd trimester 5. What day did you get your BFP? 10dp iui very faint on First response 6. First couple Beta numbers? 11dp iui beta 26 , 14dp iui 184. 3rd beta for May 27th 7. How many babies? Not sure yet.

Me - 37 - endo, 1 ovary
Husband - 37 - no problems TTC since August 08 1. We did 4 rounds of IUI using Repronex and a trigger shot. On the 4th try, we switched from the progesterone that you insert vaginally to the shots 2. I had 3 follicles 3. Sperm count was very good. Dr indicated that Husband was giving me a great Mother's Day present by having perfect sperm.  4. 3 viles of Repronex a day 5. 14 days past ius on May 23. I did not test beforehand - it was not easy, but I did it! 6. Beta on the 23rd was 52 and then 153 on the 25th. 7. First ultrasound will be June 8th - can't wait!!! Good luck everyone!!

Hi All. I got my second Beta today, so far so good!
1. How many IUIs did you do? 2 BTB 2. How many mature follicles did you have? one on each side, 20 and 21 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 93% motility 17/22 million post wash 4. What medications were you using if any? 50 mg clomid on days 3-5, Ovidrel shot morning before IUI number 1 5. What day did you get your BFP? 12 days POIUI 4am digital negative, 12 days POIUI faint line walgreens. 13 days POIUI darker line First response 6. First couple Beta numbers? 147 14 days POIUI, 380 16 days POIUI 7. How many babies? Unknown.

Me-Denise- 39- fsh of 4.7-6.2, all clear. Tiny cervix may be the culprit or just old. I don't know. DH-Jason-35 Perfect 3 cute Chihuahua babies. We live in Texas. Jan 21, 2009 First RE appt All test good. FSH, Clomid Challenge, HSG Feb 2, 2009 IUI #1 February 15, 2009 March 2nd. 6wks Cramping. blood, Beta 500  IUI #2 May 2009 June 22nd Sonogram. Heartbeat. Measuring 6 days small though June 29th #2 Devistated.Work up and NEW RE: Batter of tests -Everything checks out fine. Only blip is IGM medium positive, which has nothing to do with anything. Bad luck? one more IUI then maybe IVF with PGD IUI#3 10/8 POAS  IVF#1 and hopefully my last 10/28 Materal Fetal Medicine 2nd opinion on IGM positive on test that was found. Nov 4th Start BCP for Antagonist IVF protocol Nov 21st Start Stims 300 Gonal F and 150 Menopur

What medications were you using if any? HCG trigger and prog. suppositories (nothing for ovulation). 5. What day did you get your BFP? 11 dp 1st IUI (or 11 dpo) 6. First couple Beta numbers? 33 11dpIUI, 408 16 dpIUI, 11040 24 dpIUI 7. How many babies? u/s on June 11, but probably only one

I'm still nervous to be posting here because they say I am at risk for it being an ectopic pregnancy. But so far things are going up like they want them to ...
1. How many IUIs did you do? 6 cycles 2. How many mature follicles did you have? 3 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 1st iui - 33 million total motile sperm, BD that night, 2nd iui - 2.4 million TMS 4. What medications were you using if any? Gonal F, Ovidrel, progesterone suppositories 5. What day did you get your BFP? 12 dp 1st IUI 6. First couple Beta numbers? 52 at 11-12dpIUI, 139 at 13-14dpIUI, 806 at 18-19dpIUI 7. How many babies? u/s on June 15 but still probably too early to tell

What day did you get your BFP? Home test on 13dpiui and beta on 14dpiui 6. First couple Beta numbers? 14dpiui - 92.1, 16dpiui - 235.5 , 20dpiui - 703.3 , 22dpiui - 1200.6 7. How many babies?not sure yet we will have an ultrasound in a week at 6w3d
