1. How many IUIs did you do? 3
2. How many mature follicles did you have? 5 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 8 million 4. What medications were you using if any? Letrazole 5. What day did you get your BFP? very faint on day 13 6. First couple Beta numbers? don't remember specifics but it was high on day 16 7. How many babies? one We've seen the little one four times already on ultrasound! He/she is wiggling and grooving!!!

wasn't gonna test till 14dpiui but today day 13 i got a  had to wake the dh and make him double check awesome ladies naomi iui # 1 follies 1 on the good side meds clomid and ovidrel beta will let ya know babies 1 naomi

met 2001 married 2005 anovulatory, no menses no way! 11-06 DS born 7-07 (perfect) DH 30(is perfect  )myself 30(not so much) HSG 3-09 left hydrosalpinx,hypothyroidism, pcos ovaries actively ttc with re jan 09 3 failed clomid cycles, 1 bfp clomid/iui cycle 6-22-09 beta 26  progesterone dropped6-26-09  injectible/iui#1 follistim/lupron 9-09 over stimmed injectible/iui #1 (take 2) 9-09 follies 16.3, 11.5, e2 243 iui 10-12(31mil),10-13(50mil) start progesterone10-14 beta 10-26 11-11 lap,l/s salpingectomy/hysteroscopy dye test shows no hydrosalpinx?? 11-17 post-op all is well begin provera 11-18 20 units of lupron begin 11-21  due 11-24ish annual gyn exam as well(oh the indignity of it all)dec follistim iui jan 2010 ivf

I'm so happy to be posting here!! I had gone through all of these posts 10000 times before my IUI!
1. How many IUIs did you do? 1 2. How many mature follicles did you have? 2 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 40million (I may be wrong, don't remember...) 4. What medications were you using if any? Clomid 100mg 5. What day did you get your BFP? very faint on day 10! 6. First couple Beta numbers? 14 dpiui ~140, 2 days later ~500, 4 days later >3000 (please check the exact numbers in my signature) 7. How many babies? 6w1d: one perfect little bean with heartbeat!!!! I had the US today!!!! I'm the happiest person in the world! Baby dust to everyone!

I just noticed your signature and I just wanted to say sorry. I come to this thread once in awhile to get some inspiration and noticed your in your signature. I have been there before years ago and I can relate to what you are going though and I know how heartbreaking it can be. I hope you will try again and have the baby of your dreams.

I have been reading the posts in this thread since we start the IUI process this month. This is a wonderful thread and it has given me so much hope. Thank you.

Becca Me-33 (PCOS and Stage 2 Endo) DH-25 (normally healthy; currently has too many white blood cells in sample)  Furparents to 4 wonderful dogs & 2 precious kittiesTTC since Feb 2007 Currently taking Metformin 500mg 2x daily Too many to countIUI #1 Femara 25mg, Follistim 75 iu (7 days), HcG 08/28/09 CD 14 1st IUI  for a positive09/12/09 CD29  09/14/09 IUI #2 09/16/09 CD3 Labs, u/s, Femara 25 mg 09/18-08/22/09 CD5-9 Follistim 100iu injections 09/23/09 Labs and u/s-biggest follicle only 14 2 more nights of injections09/25/09 CD12 Labs and u/s 3 mature follicles-18, 18, 20 09/27/09 CD14 2nd IUI 10/14/09 IUI #3 on hold indefinitely. New to Forum...on injectibles
We are new to the forum but have been reading threads for months. Our info is...TTC one year...
number of IUI's - 7 using donor sperm, good numbers and motility and donor has had successful pregnancies... clomid 100 mg used last 3 IUI's Finally we were able to see a Reproductive Specialist and after dye tests...there were blocked fallopian tubes. Last week, surgery was successful and our fertility program has been amped up. BCP for 40 days, started Lupron last Monday. This Monday baseline sonogram, then we start Menopur injectibles protocol. Very excited and optimistic. We will keep updating as things progress.

2moms2B 8/08-4/09 5 Clomid cycles 5/09 Finally get an RE...blocked tubes, surgery 6/09 start injectibles, 50 lupron, menopur, HCG trigger 7/04/09 8/26/09 our first ultrasound there is no heartbeat we miscarried at 7 weeks9/09 D&C....no for weeks, then non stop 10/09 we have to wait until next month11/1/09 - we start injectible therapy again 200 iu lupron, 225 iu menopur 11/11 - 2 u/s follicles 10.6,14.8,17.4, 11.3 on rt 15.1, 12.5, 13.3 on left... 11/12 - another u/s today, hopefully RE says we are ok to trigger tonite or tomorrow, then IUI...

I'm so excited to finally be able to post here! Here's a little history:
TTC 5 years
Me 26 (mild pcos) and DH 39 (low count) 2006 Laparoscopy-removed cysts from ovaries 2006 Hysterosalpingogram-clear(ed) tubes 2007 SA-low count, mobility, morphology 2008 IVF #1- 2 fresh A and B grade blasts, 1 stuck, but MC 10 weeks 2009 FET #1- 2 frozen B and C grade blasts, 2009 IUI Donor #1-natural cycle, opk and frozen sample, 1. How many IUIs did you do? One. I’m proof it can happen on the first try. 2. How many mature follicles did you have? One. We did a natural cycle. 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? Not sure, we did a frozen donor sample. 4. What medications were you using if any? No meds. This was great because I could really tell I was pregnant and it wasn’t just residual medication making me feel “pregnant”. 5. What day did you get your BFP? Yesterday! July 11, 2009 6. First couple Beta numbers? I go in tomorrow, Monday for the Beta. 7. How many babies? I’m thinking just one, because I'm not high risk for multiples, but we’ll see. Stranger things have happened. This was the cycle where we just kind of gave up on our higher tech, more expensive fertility stuff. RE even thought we missed ovulation. Who knew?

EDD IS MARCH 15, 2010 Pray for me and my little bean
