I did two iui's with Clomid and had a BFN both times. Eventually what worked for me was Chinese medicine

Hello, update to my last post;
1. How many IUIs did you do? 3
2. How many mature follicles did you have? 1 (17mm - 3 days before iui) and miltiple tiny ones without chance to mature in time.
3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 48mil, 55 % motile
4. What medications were you using if any? Clomid 50mg, Ovidrel 36 hours before iui
5. What day did you get your BFP? 10
6. First couple Beta numbers? 106
7. How many babies? unnown, but can't be more then one (only one follicle)

Hi there, I got a positive POAS test 10/9 and then confirmed with a BETA of 53 the next day at 14dpiui.
My BETA jumped to 150 in 48 hours so they said no more blood tests and just come in for the U/S in 2 1/2 weeks. Can't wait to see what's in there and am hoping it will have a heart beat!!
I had 2 miscarriages (both on natural cycles), 5 rounds of clomid (3 of them with iui), and then the miraculous injectibles! GOT PREGGO ON THE FIRST TRY!
I am 40 and will be 41 next month and I have a son that just turned 3. We've been TTC for almost 2 years with unexplained (except the age thing) infertility!

2. How many mature follicles did you have? 3-4
3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 35million (good motility)
4. What medications were you using if any? gonal-f (150 for 9 days), Ovidrel trigger, progesterone 200/day
5. What day did you get your BFP? 13dpiui
6. First couple Beta numbers? 53 @ 14dpiui and 150 @ 16dpiui
7. How many babies? not sure yet, but numbers suggest a singleton (fine by me)!

BTW, I had spotting that was red for a full day at 10DPIUI. I was sure I was NOT pregnant and only found out because I wanted to have a beer and took the POAS test just to make sure!!

Today I can officially post a little something on one of my favorite IUI websites to browse!!

2. How many mature follicles did you have? 7 that looked like they would mature on CD8
3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 48 million, motility looked 'good', My hubby usually only has 1% morphology
4. What medications were you using if any? 100mg clomid on CD's 2 - 6; 75 IU's of follistim on CD's 6 - 11; hcg shot on evening of CD 14; progesterom capsules on CD's 18 - 23
5. What day did you get your BFP? Faint line on HPT on CD10; Beta on CD 13
6. First couple Beta numbers? 87 on CD 13
7. How many babies? unknown...

3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 16mil 28%motility, next day was 13mil with 24% motility

5. What day did you get your BFP? Faint line on HPT on CD10

Hi ladies, I used to love looking at this thread when I was feeling down so I figured I should post! During our successful cycle, I actually found out that my RE would be out of town after I started the meds, so we decided to do the meds w/ BD so the cycle wasn't wasted. Just goes to show you that great things can happen when you least expect it!

1. How many IUIs did you do? 4 before this cycle

2. How many mature follicles did you have? 3-4

3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? no sperm count performed but DH was usually 18-20 million

4. What medications were you using if any? Femara 2.5mg day 3-7, Follistim 150mg days 6,8,10, Ovidrel trigger, Prometrium starting 3 days after ovulation

5. What day did you get your BFP? day 14- tested one last time before I would start the birth control for our first round of IVF!

6. First couple Beta numbers? 116, 571

7. How many babies? 1 beautiful baby- finding out the sex next week!

I didnt get pregnant after my IUI

i had one iui in july and it didnt work
I went in sept 17th for a hysteroscopy,laparoscopy,and polyectomy and now on 10/29 i took 2 ept one reg and one digital and they both came back pregnant i cant believe it i did it on my own im so happy

I go in today so they can make sure baby is in the right place im nervous as ever but i dont have any ectopic symptoms and my numbers look good so please pray for me
