It seems I can't update my previous post, so I'll have to repost it with updates. Sorry about the two posts!
1. How many IUIs did you do? Three total #1 Chemical Pregnancy #2 Preterm labor at 22 weeks 3 days possibly due to cervical incompetence. The baby didn't make it through delivery #3 BFP - currently on 16dpiui 2. How many mature follicles did you have? IUI #1: I think I had 3-4. IUI #2: 2 IUI #3: 2 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? We use donor sperm. I don't remember exactly what they were. The first 2 IUIs were the same donor and the counts were good. This last one was a different donor and the counts were "excellent". I want to say 225mill, but I'm not sure if that's right. I wasn't paying all that much attention. 4. What medications were you using if any? IUI #1: Follistim (50 - 75 IU), Ovidrel IUI #2: Follistim (50 - 75 IU), Ovidrel IUI #3: Gonal-F (75 - 112.5 IU), Dostinex (my prolactin was high), and Ovidrel 5. What day did you get your BFP? IUI #1: BFP via beta on 14 dpiui - miscarriage same day IUI #2: BFP via hpt 12 dpiui, positive beta 14 dpiui IUI #3: BFP via hpt 11 dpiui and 13 dpiui, positive beta 14 dpiui 6. First couple Beta numbers? IUI #2: 1st Beta: 152 (14 dpiui) 2nd Beta: 454 (16 dpiui) 3rd Beta: 8628 (23 dpiui) IUI # 3: 1st Beta: 442 (14 dpiui) 2nd Beta: 965 (16 dpiui) 3rd Beta: 13,130 (23 dpiui) 7. How many babies? IUI #2: One IUI #3: Twins!

Me: 29 Hubby: 30 - doesn't have the cells that make sperm  (3 kitties) Evita, Toffee and Cow (aka Crazy, Lazy, and Pushy)00-04: On Depo-Provera 1/06: Finally got my cycle back 3/06: Found out my dh can't have children. * Looked into adoption but decided to try donor sperm. *Waited for insurance from 3/06 to 2/07. 3/07: 1st IUI - Chemical Pregnancy/Miscarriage. 5/9/07: 2nd IUI 9/28/07: 22 wks 3 days: preterm labor possibly due to an incompetant cervix. Completely dialated and in contractions by the time I got to the doctor. Delivered baby, but he didn't make it through labor.  2/20/08: 3rd IUI 3/5 (14 dpiui): beta=442  3/7 (16 dpiui): beta=965 3/14 (23 dpiui): beta=13,130 3/19 (6w0d): TWINS! both measuring 6w1d, twin A: 101 bpm, twin B: 104 bpm 4/2 (8w0d): Twin A: 8w3d, 160 bpm; Twin B: 8w4d, 167 bpm 4/18: heard heartbeats. 1st: 140s, 2nd: 160s 4/30: consult abt cerclage

2 2. How many mature follicles did you have? 2 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? sperm count 30 million, motility 72% 4. What medications were you using if any? Clomid 50 mg and trigger shot...VERY IMPORTANT! DH was taking conception XR which made his sperm ct and motility drastically go up! 5. What day did you get your BFP? 12dpiui. 6. First couple Beta numbers? Beta #1 was 37 Beta #2 was 144 7. How many babies? don't know. U/S scheduled for Wed, March 26th.

Me- (Steph) 29 (PCOS) (Partially blocked tube left side) DH- (Brian) 28 (low motility, count, and very low morphology) DS- 3 7/15/04 IUI (clomid/trigger) Have 3 yr old beautiful boy (Nathan) born 3/14/05  Diagnosed w/ PCOS in fall of '07 Had surgery Dec '07 to remove multiple cysts and have my ovaries drilled. IUI#1: FAILED! IUI#2: 3/1/08 3/12/08 HPT  IN AM3/12/08 HPT IN PM  3/13/08 HPT FMU 3/13/08 Beta 37 3/17/08 Beta 144 !!! P4 28 !!! 3/26/07 U/S went WONDERFUL! Saw my perfect baby bean and saw the heartbeat!!! 100 bpm. Beta 2663 and P4 27. 4/2 U/S baby measuring about 1 day behind but otherwise ok. HB 120. P4 low....17?!? Still taking progesterone supplement. 4/9/08 U/S looks great HB 160 measuring 2 days ahead. Graduate to OB. 5/14/08 OB Appt will hear HB 7/7/08 IT'S ANOTHER BOY! YEAH!!!! WE ARE NAMING HIM LOGAN WILLIAM

Thank you ladies all so much for sharing your successes! Congratulations and best of luck to you all! It gives me so much hope to read all of your stories and it makes me feel like there really is a light at the end of the tunnel!

Clomid 50 mg CD5-9 and Puregon 50 IU's for 4 days -CD6-9and Ovidrel for the trigger on CD12 5. What day did you get your BFP? 12dpiui. 6. First couple Beta numbers? Beta #1 was 74 7. How many babies? Don't know yet. U/S scheduled for sometime in the next 2 weeks.

Hi sisters - I am so happy to be posting here. I read this thread over and over during my cycles to get happy thoughts and hope. I wish lots of BFPs to everyone.
1. How many IUIs did you do? 2 + one IVF 2. How many mature follicles did you have? with my BFP - one BIG one! 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? IUI day one: 101.6 million post-wash with 91% motility IUI day two : 82.1 million post-wash with 88% motility 4. What medications were you using if any? used clomid cd5-9, ovidrel trigger and progesterone suppositories. 5. What day did you get your BFP? POAS 13dpo 6. First couple Beta numbers? 1st beta 65 2nd beta 158 3rd beta 1650 7. How many babies? Only One

Me: 35 healthy DH: 44 born w/o vas deferens, did TESE once, opted out of more 10/2005 IVF unsuccessful, with TESE Adopted our baby boy: May 2006 IUI#1 3/3 chemical pregnancy  IUI#2 3/18 trigger, one Big follie, 25.5, endo lining 12 3/19 IUI 101.6 million post-wash with 91% motility 3/20 IUI 82.1 million post-wash with 88% motility Did acupuncture and energy work - amazing. 3/31 & 4/1 POAS 4/2 1st beta 65! 4/4 2nd beta 158 4/8 3rd beta 1650!! 4/22 u/s saw one perfect bean, HB 146, 6wks, 5 days 5/1 first OB appt - u/s HB 174, 1.8cm - all perfect 5/23 appt, switched to Certified Nurse Midwife 6/24 Heartbeat strong and clear at 150bpm 7/2 amnio 7/7 results confirm Healthy Baby Boy! 7/29 21 week u/s, baby weighs 1lb, fluids and measurements all good. 10/2 decided on home birth - so excited, can't wait 12/10/08 our due date - we will get to meet our 2nd little boy!

1. How many iui's did you do? 3
2. How many mature follicles did you have? 3 at cd10. 16.5, two 15.5's and many below that. 3. What were your sperm counts? 102 million after wash, rapid movers. 4. What medications were you using? Letrozole, Follistim, Ovidril, and Progersterone suppositories. 5. What day did you get your BFP? I did a hpt on cd13 that was positive but I did not believe until we did the beta on cd15. 6. First couple of beta numbers? cd14 255 cd16 589 7. How many babies? Don't know 8. Symptoms during 2ww? Fatigue, sore boobs, cramps.

1. number of IUI's...two
2. number of mature follicles 1st IUI...3 good follies 2nd IUI...2-4 (they were not sure how many would mature my gut feelings are probably only 2) 3. sperm counts post wash and motility..... 1st IUI 120 million with 97% motility grade 3 or 4 2nd IUI 108 million with 98% motility grade 3 or 4 4.meds I was using... 1st IUI clomid and tamoxifen with trigger 2nd IUI follistim and trigger 5. First day of BFP 1st IUI. .. unsucessful 2nd IUI.. 11 days post IUI (extremely faint) 6. beta numbers... are being done tomorrow 7. number of babies I think just one but we will see

Me- 36 unexplained infertility Dh- 34 excellent swimmers two fur babies..cobalt a sweet black schnauzer and pooh bear fat orange tabby cat ttc 1 1/2 years primary infertility 8 cycles of clomid 1 cycle in 01/08 of clomid with trigger but no IUI because we were out of town! 1st IUI with clomid/trigger 03/08 -BFN 2nd IUI after follistim and ovidrel trigger 4/10/08 11 days post IUI weak hpt betas rose slightly then fell quickly miscarried 05/03/08 (our little iggy)was told to wait a cycle but had only one episode of sex during the fertile period and low and behold 12 dpo hpt 6/05/08 12 dpo beta #1 -- 238 6/09/08 beta #2 --1402 6/12/08 first u/s at 5 weeks saw a fetal pole 6/26/08 heartbeat at about 150 and measuring perfect! 7/10/08 ultrasound good/strong heartbeat 8/1/08 NT scan went well they think it is a boy!! 8/22/08..ultrasound myself and all looks good 9/22/08 it's official it's a BOY

IUI #1 4/8 - u/s everything looked good 4/10-14 - started 1st round of clomid 50 mgs (CD3-7) 4/18 - start opk (CD11) 4/20 - bw & us 3 follies (CD13) 4/21 - u/s and trigger shot woohoo! 4/22 - IUI at 9am.. start progesterone suppository 5/6 - beta BFN IUI #2 7/5 - AF showed! couldnt be happier!! 7/7 - u/s start clomid (CD 3) 7/17 - u/s 2 follies (CD 14) 7/19 - iui bad numbers 200k & 30% 8/1 - POAS - BFN *back to RE in Nov woot!!*  for my lil miracle baby

2. How many mature follicles did you have? first time 4 this time 2 one 19mm one 17 at trigger 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? i dont know 4. What medications were you using if any? clomid 100mg 3-5 and Gonal-f 75iu cd 7-10 5. What day did you get your BFP? with the first cd 12 still working on second 6. First couple Beta numbers? first beta 10 second cd 16 20. lost the baby a few days later 7. How many babies? never saw a sac

1st Miscarriage 07/10/2007 3 rounds Clomid 100mg one egg 1 round of Gonal-f IUI Miscarried 02/26/2008 IUI 4/48/08 clomid 100mg and gonal-f cycle 2 follies 10dpo hpt neg 11 dpo faint pos hpt and beta 15! 15 dpo beta 159! that this one sticksbeta doubling every 28 hrs may 20-5 weeks and 2 days started bleeding. US and beta confirmed. MC complete. 7-17-2008 Had Laproscopy to remove stage 2 endo...in recovery and waiting to start next cycle New Cycle on gonal-f no more clomid. 75IU slow and low responder. TIC. IUI #3 Gonal-f 112iu CD6 us 6 follies all measuring around 10mm E2 60 cd11 US 3 follies one at 18mm, 2 at 11mm. e2 182 CD12 US 1 Follie 21mm e2 295 TRIGGER Friday morning sepr 5th IUI

Karib - can i ask you what is letrozole? Is it for immune issues. Did you ask for immune testing or did you dr. just give it to you? I hope to be lucky like you ladies here.

What medications were you using if any? Started on 75 IU Follistim then up to 112.5 IU Ovidrel Trigger Shot Crinone once nightly after IUI. 5. What day did you get your BFP? 14dpiui (I didn't POAS) 6. First couple Beta numbers? Beta #1 192 (14dpiui) Beta #2 530 (16dpiui) 7. How many babies? Don't know yet. U/S scheduled for some time in June if all goes well.
